It's rockpalast, I believe they also go there to watch other bands perform, not only Garbage. But yeah, they were mainly all of them jumping up and down to the other songs =)

I also noticed the crowds cheer was very quiet. You can see some ppl clapping and others looking bored. How disrespectful! They should be in awe of Shirley, I know I would be.

@Android18uk I was there in 1996 and this song is one of my absolute favorite festival moments. we weren't bored but listening in awe. the world stopped turning for the moment this song lasted. screaming or yelling would have ruined this performance. also: it was hot as hell, so every quiet song which stopped us from dancing or jumping up and down was embraced and welcome.
