@canofpopproductions Neons give off very little heat (comparatively), so basically as long as your computer already runs at nominal temperatures you should be fine to put neons in. What you will however need, is the spare power. If you have a small power supply (Under 500 or so) and your cpu and gfx card pushes hte limits of that when in use, you may want to upgrade your power supply before putting neons in.

@canofpopproductions Honestly, If I were in your position I'd eaither look at buying a couple of 120mm or 80mm fans with led's in them, same colour effect, less power usage and they actually help cool your case. I've bought 3 for my case in the past month, for under $5 each. While your case has the extra drop in temp, you could look at overclocking it to get a bit mroe performance out of it for no cost.

Neon gasses are called Noble gases which are helium , neon , argon , krypton, xenon

apply a specific freqency to a certain noble gas and they create different colors of light (everything glows the same color at the same tempature/Frequency)

its not a inverter since its already DC and not AC. which is what fluorescent use. the box is a Ballast.
