nice jacket, by the way I'm really looking for some advice from those who own frenchies, I live in a town where its like 80-90 deg in the summer and can be 30 deg occasionally in winter, can frenchies handle that weather if say you only took him out to play a light game of fetch for what 10-15 min, will he be ok. I plan to keep him inside a lot anyway just in case. Please reply

@blazemoney57 no, heat and frenchies don't mix..5-10 min in really hot temp is a maximum. as far as the cold mine seems to do just fine for his normal walks and such, when he's at my moms he can come in and out as he please and tends to spend 30-45 min out even in the snow.

@blazemoney57 I live where it gets really hot in the summer and really cold in the winter. Now that its cold, my frenchie wears a jacket outside so he doesn't get too cold. and in the summer you have to be careful when they are out. lots of water, and if you see them panting heavily, they should be taken indoors to cool down. Which is basically the same for any dog. Its just because of their short noses, they tend to over heat very easily, and just need to be very careful when its hot. :)

@annina1159 They have little to no undercoat or body fat so can't go out in the winter without puppy jackets or else they shiver and shake and freeze. Both my frenchies wear jackets in the winter :)
