@cerasgate you'll need to fight him as his father in the Hidden Holy Water Chamber as part of the Five Elements questline. The entrance can been found at the fountain in Al Quelt Moreza - Nartex.

@kumisecret Yes she is recruitable. You'll need to have a master-level martial arts character to complete the prerequisite quest, recruit Jean-Pierre Gascon aka Gurtrude Peterson, and then fight a Level 130 version of Reckless Emilia.

@Neoblitzer No. Dilos failed. Those two bosses are Lorch's dad and brother, who got mutated by Montoro. They were the cause of the water's pollution. (Rmb Andre who went bonkers?). It's actually quite difficult to judge whether Sir Lyndon is good or bad, the story is still fuzzy.

IAH released info about the 1st part of their v4.5 update called The Keystones of the 5 Elements. The trailer released here on Youtube is the v4.0/v4.1.2 segment of the huge patch we're expecting. There ARE differences with the subtitles/captions on their video and the one I uploaded

@Tikikala Three elements have been released so far: Water, Wind, Heart(?). Emilia became "mad" coz she was exposed to some ancient power her father was researching.

Amusingly, not only did Emilia the Dark get instant hairstyle and clothing change, her bust also gain few extra cups from that transformation.

You can get her character card :D though in order to obtain her, you must have a MASTER martial artist...

@infernoback 4.0 is mainly restricted to the new raids and some system changes including a new tutorial for newbies. 4.1.2 includes 3 new expert stances (2 for Elementalist and 1 for Scout), Reckless Emilia RNPC quest, and Land of the Dead Raid. Nope they aren't adding new maps as of yet. kGE v4.5 doesn't include any new maps yet. Just stay tuned to the forums or Dem's bookofwind for updates.

For starters, to even smell Reckless Emilia, you'll need to get complete the Master Martial Arts quest (which incl. training at least 1 master level MA character), and then fight a Level 130 ver. of Reckless Emilia to get her card. She's a separate RNPC (UPC). You do not need to sacrifice your exisiting Emilia(s) at all.

Nope, no information on a new weapons series are being released as of yet. Currently, the Deprodine Series (34AR) is still the strongest set of weapons, while the Constellation Weapons rank 2nd with 33AR.
