I wish they dragged out the ending abit more.slowed it down. And the sign has the following labels Enough for all, whale ,elaphant, bear, horse, football player, dog , cat , mouse , butterfly no air. Watching the penquin and his, henchman smile as the red lines gets lower and lower.I love when he says "Butterfly Batman Butterfly" then when its gerts to no air he pases out ciagars and the toast their victory over batman.

Undoubtedly, this is the worst Penguin episode. It comes off looking like a pilot. Penguin comes off more villainous and less camp. He also seems to be more in the background while Batman/Robin dominate the scenes.

And don't get me started on Finella. I CAN'T STAND HER. What a cry baby self-centered weasly brat. Pengy's best gal pals were Sophia Starr, Chickadee, Miss Clean, and fellow villain Marsha, Queen of DIamonds!
