He's not starting videos over. He is doing a NEW series applying techniques learned in previous videos to learning actual music. He is just starting with basic tunes for those just starting out.
I have a request on your next video can you play each string so we can tune from you and can you play the note on each string so we can put the notes on your violin cause some of us do not know the notes on the finger board. Please.
Go to Violinonline(dot)com, click on violin basics at the top, look for heading 'Playing the violin', then click on 'Finger placement & tape' there are three tools there that will teach you where all notes in first position are, where to place finger tape, and one tool that will show you where every note on fingerboard in first position is and its relationship with sheet music (a very good tool)
