A hidden gem is right! I am from chester,don't drive......but took the bus and then the time to seek this little railway out, and was AMPLY rewarded. Just take a little walk out of bala to find this BEAUTIFUL little railway and you will thoroughly enjoy it!!

GREAT LITTLE STEAM RAILWAY! WENT ON IT LAST YEAR WITH MY WIFE AND 2 KIDS,WE ENJOYED IT VERY MUCH.CANT WAIT TO REVISIT IT.

Great video, lovely railway and was fun and a pleasure to fire on. And those little locos are very small and hard to get used to. But I enjoyed it.
