  • That's not the proper way to cook lobster .They been watching to many of them old kung fu chinese movies .Using the western style of cooking experimenting with loster. I can tell this is a miss under standing way of cooking lobster. But thats ok.if you like it cooked this way than thats a good thing. but you will not taste the freshens taste in the loster this way. I can see the chinese people miss under stand the way A lobster should be cooked.This style is bad for your health

  • Chinese people do not fry lobsters, we use ginger/green onion/garlic and steam them, and red vinegar to serve.

    Japanese people fry crabs, for spider rolls

  • almost every country deep fries. People have been deep frying since the roman times. And I wouldn't call that deep frying, its more shallow frying.

  • however, i must come back in saying ghat oil is greasy to the point that it invades the flavor of something delicate as lobster. She could have easily steamed the lobster, which is cheap and better for the meat. Frying though, seems like the easy way out

    i know your post is old but it doesn't actually invade the flavor so much as you think it does. Besides, it's not just deep far frying as this video shows, there it is then stire fried with ginger sauce
