i got my dads western digital 160 GB hard drive and gotta take the disc out how do i do i without breaking it cus im really considering smashing it its dead anyways i jsut wanna take it apart

platter can be remover with a piston removal tool ie 5 bucks.... just clean it....

to remove dirt etc
