I have that KC-10!!! BTW, Wouldn't they use the Drouge not the Boom? The boom is more for bombers and other KC-10's

@pilot588 It all depends on the plane. F15's use the boom where as F18's use the drogue. It's not bomber/cargo specific.

But the boom is mostly used for bombers and cargo aircraft, as the Drogue is mostly used for fighters. But there's some that are different, like this one.

@pilot588 You're an idiot. Every single aircraft in the USAF inventory uses the boom. Navy/Marine/Army aircraft some use the drogue. F-18, F-14, Super Stallion, just to name a few. Take a look at some air refueling videos. F-15, F-16, F-22, C-5, C-17, KC-135, KC-10, B-52, B-1, B-2, EVERY SINGLE USAF PLANE does not EVER use a drogue.

I just signed for In Flight Refueling, so I've done a shitload of research. I leave for BMT on March 1.

Very hard to refuel since the insertion port is behind the pilot, I like my F-18 fuel probe is in front of me so i can see what i am doing. But you have computer fuel assist.

i do it manually. GO NAVY!

its Falcon 4.0 AF. i own the game, but its really hard to accomplish this. i kept failing the first time's i tried it. Falcon 4 is a air force simulator and the only flyable air craft is the F-16 a/c and i believe all blocks of those models.

All fighter are flyable there, you can even fly for Korean or Yugoslavian MiG21,MiG29 against F16 :)

i am talking about in this particular game. not real life. In this game the only user flyable plane is the Falcon and all blocks/models up to current block 52's.

I'm also talking about about Falcon. You can fly all the aircrafts there including U-2, B52, B1, Su-24, Su-27 ... all what there is. I don't know about helicopters. This is possible in all the Falcon games - Allied Force, Free Falcon, Open Falcon.

Try the tutorial missions ;) You should have gotten past that one when you are able to fly in falcon 4.0 properly. Because you at least should have flown all of the training missions ;)

Yes that's right. I love it. because the manual is much more detailed. And you can check any part any time. You don't have to watch the whole vid again and again.But I strongly recomend you print out the manual. it costs a lot but It is soooo usefull.
