Great job in the office building. Some little tips:

1. Coil jumping while sprinting makes you move faster. It's also preferable to plain jumping, as you don't slow down when you land and the coil gives you an extra little boost forward.

3. You can convert some of those climbs to speed vaults.

4. If you turn around and do the flip-off when you jump down onto the pad at the end, Faith will glitch and can move right when she lands (in a floaty/glitchy kind of way) without having to pause first.

@PiesCanFly Also don't have to kill any of the soldiers. If you're really fast, you can just climb up that pipe and make it up alive (albeit very close to death).

and wallclimb right up without fighting/climbing the pipes. It's hard to do, but once you do it you'll realize how much time it saves :) At 4:09, those bags to the left of you can be a springboard that will let you jump all the way to the slope. When jumping to the board at 5:40, spam the jump button and you'll hopefully do a double jump across the board. It's pretty hard to do. At 6:40 when you are falling towards the mat-bag thing, turn and do the flip off move. You'll land safely on it but

run up the wall and turn/jump so you go all the way to the next floor without having to go through all the windows and crap. You'll land right near the door. At 2:46 it is actually possible to coil jump onto the bag and then just jump across. It saves some time. At 3:38, turn left, wallrun to the thing near the fence and then wallclimb up it. You will be on the other side of the fence :D At 4:18, you can jump on to those vents behind that guard and then jump onto that vent thingy on the wall

At 00:07, jumping is bad o.o Run to the right and jump diagonally to the wall. When you are near the edge of it, simply kick. You will get down without having to roll. And don't take the billboard running way. Turn left after you land and jump to the left pipe. You can then turn to the upper left and jump right up onto the building. On vertical falls you need to kick instead of rolling. At the springboard at 2:08, there is a much faster way. You can turn left as you hit the springboard and then

You have a slow-mo button, kind of like Max Payne. It only lasts a short time though, and you regenerate it by running quickly.

When you see my screen shimmer blue every now and then, that means I've regenerated enough slow-mo and can use it again.

IMO Slow motion is USELESS. If you were running at the same speed during the process, yeah it would help a lot, but it's just literally not enhancing anything. You can say 'duh', but all slow motion does is just slow it down. And it lasts for like, half a second! So even if it helped, it wouldn't! But your speedrun does. Thanks a lot, pal!
