The Geneva Convention clearly states that irregular forces DO NOT RECEIVE the protections of the treaty. Terrorist are clearly irregular forces. Why you try to handicap the people trying to protect you WITH MADE UP RIGHTS THAT CON'T EXIST IN INTERNATIONAL LAW is beyond me!

Most of the prisoners that we are torturing in Iraq and Cuba are not soldiers, most of them haven't even been charged yet and may never be charged under the Patriot Act. There is no comparison between those other countries and the United States.

People like this asking questions like this are the reason this civilization is going to collapse. Tens of thousands aof Muslims are killed in Kosovo, hundreds of thousands of Africans are slaughtered in the Sudan. Condemned prisoners in China have their organs removed for sale and he worries about AMERICAN's trying to protect HIM by keeping men who have killed fellow Americans in battle forcibly awake for extended periods of time or water boarded.
