  • this video is so good...the opening is friggin awesome...followed up with leprechon singing...excellent ;)

  • you are delicious. p.s.

  • idk if it was one thing really that made me change, but my pop grew up on a farm in Italy and they learned to live off the land and use everything and not waste anything... they kept warm by going in the barn with the cows and using their body heat, their beds were piles of hay, when my dad eats he always has bread to clean up every last drop of food on his plate, so many little things like this have rubbed off on me, some kids go camping with their dads but we would spend weekends cashing cans!

  • mahanomi! what do u call ur hairstyle? i like it. i noticed anthony kiedis of RHCP has the similar hairstyle. is this a california thing??

  • @McShieldBash heheh thanks, it was actually an accident lol

  • Yo Nomi! What are some other good environmental vlogs on youtube?

  • I agree with gogogogogo69. Love your channel, thx to Rawn. I've been recycling for years and then 6 mos. ago moved to a place where my HOA has no recycling. I was like WTH I can't throw plastic and newspapers away. I don't have a choice tho where I am. There's no public place to do that. I feel guilty every day so I just try not to use plastic. I'm big on water saving, esp since I live in Arizona. Just keep trying to do what you can is what I say.

  • @LizAZ08 Woops, I can't "recycle" plastic and newspapers!

  • great job... thumbs up .. much love ann

  • what's wrong with landfills? Nothing I say. Watch the show Pen & Teller's Bullshitt. They do a whole show on how recycling is bullshit. Recycling plants pollute the air and run on fossil fuels themselves. Landfills do not. Nothing wrong with landfills

  • @BishTV really? landfills don't go away, recyclying is a step in the right directions. Nothing is waste, the goal is to transition to a system, where there is no such thing as trash. Earthships builds there houses out of "trash". It also takes fossil fuels to run all of the systems that fill the landfills and maintain them. Pen and Teller are on mainstream network TV and provide alot of misinformation. I appreciate your perspective though. Try not buying anything with plastic for a month.

  • @MahaNomi I have Lyme disease. Really sucks. What would you recommend for this? I have a million different herbal and prescription meds. what you think? If you want a little info on it. check this out. BUt it will piss you off thoroughly.

  • @BishTV Penn and Teller are entertainers, not educators. And when our planet is one big landfill, where will anyone (including plants and animals) live?

  • @paperistic you could build a giant landfill that would hold the ENTIRE COUNTRY'S trash in the size of a small city. It could be out in the middle of the dessert where no one wants to live anyway. Recycling plants pollute the air a lot more than a landfill does.

  • @BishTV I'm all for saving the earth, I just don't think recycling is the answer. Water conservation and other similar tactics, Yes sir! bring it on.

  • @BishTV i don't claim to have any answers, recycling is def not one of them, just a step.

  • @BishTV recycling is a broad term btw, reusing my jars from my spaghetti sauce, to be used as drinking cups, is recycling. and that is def. a good thing.

  • @BishTV Landfills are not the answer nor have they ever been. Dumping garbage into a desert is not progressive thinking and certainly not a healthy solution for waste disposal. All ecosystems have value and rating them as to whether people want to live there or not. is short-sighted. You may find your outlook changes the more you study our planet's ecology and how it is necessary for us to keep things in balance in order to ensure our own survival.

  • good!! so much scope to save!!!

  • Nice songs! :) :p

  • I'm so glad I have found you and your videos.

You are one of, if not the only person on Youtube that keeps on progressing in the right direction continuously.

Most people keep falling off the wagon a little, but you.... you are consistantly consistant.

    You are wonderful Nate!

  • Oh! I have a question about growing your own food! I want to have greens throughout the winter and I heard that Siberian Kale is a type of kale that grows even in the snow. Do you know where I could get seeds for Siberian Kale? (a place in Toronto would be good so that I can pick them up myself.)

  • Haha! This is what I do to study! I play my guitar and sing facts to myself. It sounds just like that ^

  • not drinking soda feels that much better now.

  • HAHHAHAHA THIS VIDEO IS SO AWESOME ! THANK YOU !

  • I filled out the survey yesterday! I LOVELOVELOVE the website. and I have already done a few things on my list. And it gave me ideas for the future. on one of the volunteer sites it talked about housing a foreign exchange student. I think im going to do that in a few years. Also im signing up to buy trees online and donating them to local parks. Really awesome site. I am going to like their facebook page now! Thanks!
