@ZongarWoW if he cheap shots the warrior, the deep freeze will have DR = no 70k shatter. garroting him gives a bleed effect, increasing (due to mercs specc) his dmg against that guy by 16%. i guess he garrotes if they intend to finish them off quickly with DR

@Ruthfulpt what you have to remember is how many casts it takes to get the shatter, you cast something to get your fingers, then cast the deep and then shatter so divide the 70K by 3 , the only thing op is how well the class is played

The damage is insane yes, but the skill level required to play a Mage is relatively high. Cartoonz does this almost perfectly, and I say almost because you can never be perfect.
