@Sortsdam In Islam there is something called as Had punishment, Had is like a "limit". If a person goes beyond that limit e.g by killing innocent, extramarital affair of physical nature e.t.c they will be punished. Suffice it is to say that the Punishment in the Qur'an are ONLY the maximum possible for the crime, the actual punshment depends on the individual case and the decision thus reached by the Judge. To make long story short Stoning and cutting off hand is highly unlikely.

@Sortsdam It has nothing to do with Islam, the Taliban are twisted people who happen to be Muslim. I doubt that they would be any less violent if they were Christain, Jewish, or even atheist. And even if all of America accepts Islam, we will never adopt Sharia Law. We value our civil liberties way too much (including me, a Muslim American) and we won't ever allow the government to take away our freedom.

@Sortsdam 1.This 3 laws are for deterrence purposes they are there mostly to scare people but if someone would do one of this things then the law is there and that's is the punishment for what you did and what is wrong with that if God said this is the way to do it? 2. Lets say you have a son he is 3years old a man comes and rapes him and murders him what do you feel would be the right punishment for this? 12years in jail like here in Sweden?
