That was great! I've used MS Paint a little - it's not very powerful, nor does it provide much in the way of animation tools (at least the versions I'VE played with - or maybe I'm missing something?). So if that's the case you must have done most if not all of that manually, and taken screenshots along the way? A ton of work, if so, and the result is pretty cool. Had an almost "Starry Night" feel to it. Great soundtrack, too :D
lol, yeah, paint doesn't offer anything in helping with animation, I have to do it all by hand, I just go frame by frame. ALot of work, but I think it's kinda fun. ^.^
A sceenshot is a "snapshot" of whatever is on the screen, captured to a image file such as .GIF, .JPG, etc. Holding the ALT key and pressing the PRTSC key tales the "picture" and copies it to the system clipboard. Then you can paste it into whatever application you like with CTRL-V or SHIFT-INS (the usual paste keys). If you don't take a screen shot of the picture you're working on at regular intervals, then you must be saving it to different filenames as you go along. Wow - lotsa work! :-)
The screen capture thing might be just as much work... maybe even more since it saves the entire windows desktop as well, which would need cropping. Actually, I can't think of a better, easier way than what you are already doing. Your results are good, too!
One thing the screen capture IS good for is snagging screen images that you can't otherwise save to file. :-)
ok cool. *sigh of relief* :) Now I don't feel like a dork thinking I could have done something more convenient then what I was already doing. ^.^ But still, good to know right. Thanks Chris! =)
hey there old friend, that was pretty well incredibly cool. Never got the hang of ms paint on any productive scale. Such a happy castle :) by the way, how the heck are ya? Sorry I haven't really had time to write back but I've read everything you send and miss talking to you.
lol, yeah, when it comes to art, I do have alot of patience, my only problem is I can get bore with what I'am doing and not finish something, or hurry up and finish which takes a toll on the quality...I guess I just have to stop getting bored so easy. ;p
Thanks Cristal. ^o^ Yeah, it was surprisingly easy, I guess 4 hours is not that bad compared to other MS vids that took like 8 hours!..But I guess they also did more then me. XD
What a good artist. 8)
