Tell me about it! Put my son on my Sprint account and didn't upgrade to unlimited. Big mistake! He went $100 over on just text messages, but they did contact me before it got really outrageous. I was still pissed about the extra $100. I made him work it off!

They count on you not reading the fine print and because we're told that we need a particular product or service, we happily overlook it.
