I use sprays on my urban farm, I don't like to but how else am I suppose to keep the bugs from destroying all of our food? Any ideas?

companion plantings, proper rotations, natural predators (wasps). If you wanted to you could do a quick search and come up with more ideas than you'd know what to do with...if you wanted to.

With more biodiversity, you have more types of plants, insects and birds..
The insects population will be in balence with no infestation.
I know it is difficult to do that on a balcony...
