  • People will encrypt theri traffic using VPN so good luck finding us !

  • there's no difference between democrats and republicans , and Obama understands how politics works he works for these major corporations /eAaQNACwaLw

  • YT_Internet Freedom

  • God hates internet censorship!

  • I bet you all can't wait to see what we do if H.R 1981 is passed. -Anonymous. c:

  • Should make a law that says any politician who is influence by money shall loose their position and more.

  • @JolnirWodanaz Exactly. The Internet is too free and information against the government can be found easily, and they don't like that one bit.

  • the bill's influence on existing code/statute/regulation actually does require warrant/subpoena/court order by competent court/appropriate jurisdiction upon request ONLY from governmental entity.

  • THANK YOU TYT. great info! everyone, spread the word!

you can sign the online petition against ACTA on AVAAZ (dot) org

  • time to get a PRQ-tunnel? (VPN)

  • @psycedelic MPAA sez: Time to outlaw countermeasures (like VPN and Tor)

  • i thought america was the land of the free

  • @lilsi93 That died quite a few decades ago...

  • @JolnirWodanaz yes I know I have used the burning book analogy before with this as well... It's all in the name of corporations making more $... I still think that comparing what 14 year children do to rape and murder is fucked up.

  • If H.R 1981 is terrorizing child porn its a good thing but on 18+ pornographia, no way cholo.

  • @Echinda1 Especially HENTAI AND ANIME!!!!!!!! I have been watching it for half of my life and i dont see anything bad happen to me instead bad things happen if it was taken away from me. I studied so hard, i work so hard for life what drive me, girls and hentai thats where my motivation comes from.!!!!! if i am down in life.

  • @TheYoungTurks Can you please do more coverage about ACTA? There's a worldwide petition against it that already has 1.5 million signatures, but we need all the help we can get.

  • The problem I have with PCIP is that it is a complete lie. They say it's suppose to help with the problem of child porn but it isn't, it's SOPA in a disguise to get past the public because everyone is like "think of the children". With this they will have proof of you illegally downloading anything. Don't believe me it's written by the same guy that wrote SOPA and surfaced only a few days later after SOPA hit the fan. They should rename it SOPA 2

  • Obama signed NDAA and I hear almost no uproar. Same with ACTA. When bush tried to suspend Habeus Corpus everyone on the left reported on it. BTW I view conservatives as dangerous fundamentalists, extremists and selouts.

  • ./subscribes I like these videos and the people making them

  • I miss freedom

  • united states of china

  • How are pirates put in the same basket as child rapists and terrorists now?

  • megavideo, videobb, and videozer all down...

    all those porn... gone...

    *sniff* it hurts, man...

    (ಥ_ಥ)

  • Limewire and Megaupload are gone, which is bullshit enough as it is.

  • @jityr2 Ares Galaxy too is gone

  • Ok, if this thing goes trough, I advice everyone that has ever downloaded a movie or album, to never visit the states. You might get a huge fine or sent to jail.

  • @Mackan91a Actually it was government who tired broke our freedom and america are protest against SOPA, PIPA, and ACTA. No one like ACTA. ACTA is the 2x worst than SOPA. WHAT WRONG WITH GOVERNMENT?!?!

  • @MKidYup too much investment however, and u get a great depression, which is wat almost happened in the 2009/08 GFC. And I'll admit, US army does have the largest amount of resources and equipment, but sometimes I think they don't know how to use it.

    And yes, French army sucks.

  • Come on everyone! Do you wanna see things like Red vs. Blue or Machinima in general gone?! Fight everyone! For the 100th time this is because of the corprates! Go to JeepersMedia with Mike Mozart and you will see what this really is about!!!

  • Its Like They Keep Launching Attacks On The U.S Constitution. We Defended Against The First Wave, But There Are More To Come.

  • And if you turn in a family member you will get a patch for you FEMA Youth corp uniform.

  • God damnit America, why do you insist on passing this shit over to the rest of the world..

  • You call it piracy

    We call it freedom

    -Anonymous

  • @clanReFLeXgaming

    You call it Piracy,

    I call it theft!

  • @gr3g0r5

    You call it theft.

You donot understand what SOPA, PIPA and ACTA are.

It would stop anyone from making any vid on youtube where they want to make some points on something they saw on tv. A political debate from CNN for example. CNN could pull down not just that vid. But ALL of youtube because of one vid. And google aswell for linking to youtube, etc etc.

You really are retarded if you donot oppose SOPA.

  • @thedutchman01 I did NOT comment on either of these bills. Whether or not I agree with them is not the question I have not read them so I can really not make a factual statment concerning their content!

My comment was aimed specifically at the cocky atittude and the self-righteusness of most Anonymous supporters!

And I kow that saying this gets you a lot of heat on Youtube, but I stand by my comment that piracy is in fact theft!

  • @gr3g0r5

"I stand by my comment that piracy is in fact theft!"

While that is your right. I stand by what I said aswell.

  • @gr3g0r5 just saying... sopa, pipa, acta... those are all theft... government theft.. that affects the people.. they are theft of rights

  • @thedutchman01 thank you for explaning to him for me :)

  • @clanReFLeXgaming

    You're welcome :)

  • @clanReFLeXgaming we need freedoms but you know that here

going to try to place the law up without our say.

  • Don't understand why TYT are defending Obama as person who is trying to reason when he is the one who is signing ACTA and NDAA despite them being completely unconstitutional. Stop with facade of attacking only the Republicans, both parties are selling themselves to the highest bidder. Obama is a just another corrupt sell out who has received vast amounts of money from corporate interests like Goldman Sachs.

  • Say goodbye to internet freedom. Record this moment and cherish it later on in life.

  • Holy shit just fuck off sopa and pipa and all the other faggs

  • @havitvec they mean child porn sites. Yeah they cant stop kids esp. Teens from watching porn.

  • they said that they protect children from porn ... i believe that over 90% porn webs viewers are Children .... They Cannot stop it ... !!

  • dude i love tyt but be real they used the wolfpac money to get a new spot .. weird how that happened after they asked for money

  • Don't give up on Wolf-PAC you bunch of pansies! What are you doing? Go donate! Jesus!

  • Ron Paul 2012--the racism card is just like the child pornography one...

  • Whenever the child protection card is used, the game is lost. They would be sell holocaust to people if it was called Protect Children from Child Pornography Act.

  • I think it's pretty safe to assume that all companies want a monopoly on whatever business they're in.

  • So many acronyms.

  • Didn't Obama already sign Acts?

  • come on. HR 1981? would it really have been so hard to call it HR 1984? I mean, come on....... oh, right, that would have violated copy right.

  • Best bit the Young Turks ever did. Here's the deal: Technology is moving at the speed of light....our socio/political system runs like molasses. It's not so crazy to imagine that our leaders will cut liberty corners to try to catch up.

  • I apologize before hand, you guys are awesome, but watching you drunk makes even more awesome...and yes I wrote this very very drunk!!!

  • What's the guy's name on the left? I've seen him on here so many times but never knew who he was.

  • Rule #1 tards ....don't like child porn....

  • Ok... good vid! But why in the hell is there a anti union ad on right before it.. just really bad taste!!

  • If we have a problem w/ the way things are, then there is only ONE answer. GET OFF OUR ASSES and make our way to Occupy to Join and support them, after all they are Us? Aren't they? They are fighting for our rights as "free citizens" of a so called 'Free' country. It doesn't help to post complaints, granted it shows where We stand. But in order for REAL change, WE have to GET out there. Do OUR part in making a change. It doesn't happen by sitting around and whining about how unfair life is.

  • let me guess and if anybody opposes this bill then they will be accused of loving child porn

  • If a politician supports acta, kill them

Make it clear that noone who votes in favor of it will ever be safe

  • LAMAR Smith lol who names their kids LAMER lmao giggity

  • what happened to FREEDOM?

  • Thanks to the us government it is hard to buy stuff legitimately now a days. I doubt this is for copy right material or they would not shut down an entire site. It is intimidation. Little by little they are cracking down on the internet until they have complete control. Without the internet how would we get information. The people that they like when they commit a crime they get a slap on the wrist if anything. Anyone else goes to jail forever.

  • Its hard to find a file sharing site now a days.

  • This bill is basically the Patriot Act but in cyberspace. It's set up to close the internet, police everyone and do so with impunity and stop the free flow of information and bigger blue chip corps can monopolise and stomp out smaller grass roots corps. This is facism taken to another level. There's already junk going on in ISO Hunt, planting their 'your browser is outdated, download this new one' virus bullshit. Until they get this passed they'll just play havok on your pc.

  • you didnt really need to use a fake thumbnail

  • I am stunned by how many truly ignorant fucked up idiots even here in Not-USA that go along with this censorship line withoutk nowing anything about how the industry works.

    .

ACTA is stepping way over line as it is, SOPA and PIPA were true examples of fascist censorship.

    .

How much state intervention is needed to protect private property as it seems the free market can't do it?

These filth want to go back to feudal society when entire countries were private property.

  • Whenever a bill is entitled "protecting children", it's never about protecting anyone, and it is never about children.

  • Parents should protect the children.

  • What makes me sick is that here in Canada, our fascist prime minister passed a law similar to this last year. Canadian police can now spy on individuals internet history without a warrant. Canada is being sucked into the neo-con politics of U.S.A.

  • @NorseMariner7

Yes, we are all feeling sick about the government power grabs that are happening these days.

But Canada has lead in some ways. As bad as hate speech is, hate speech legislation is worse, and you've got it. There were threats of using it against Palestinians protesting the injustice they are subjected to.

  • @NorseMariner7 Fortunately, that one actually hasn't been passed yet. But of course, any day now it will be reintroduced and rammed down our throats.

  • you guys should look up "real reason behind megaupload"

  • Thanks a lot for supporting Obama, liberals.

  • @RocknForJesus im pretty sure these liberals arent for Obummer. They are pissed off at Obummer.

  • Just less than an hour ago I sent an email to Every single senator in my country (iceland)

To show them the dangers of ACTA & Encouraged them to take a stance on SOPA and PIPA and protest it. Why? It does affect The rest of the world as well.

  • @Clanki Sendurður öllum þingmönnunum okkar email? Öllum 63? Ef svo þá vel gert :)

  • @TheIcelandicPatriot Já ég gerði það og takk fyrir.

Sem atvinnulaus 1 janúar hef ég ekkert betra að gera.

Held samt að 63 hafi ekki þurft. Við vitum að jóhanna er waste of time XD

  • @Clanki Ha ha já. Ég skil ekki afhverju hún hefur ekki verið sett á elliheimili :)

  • people have to realise acta is the dangerous one, its the one that can pass without going through congress, and A LOT of countries have already signed this; australia, european union, us... all hidden from the public eye. its not the government that decides anymore, its the UNITED NATIONS that decides the world law! STOP ACTA! like this so people can see

  • @slappersplatter thats is such misinformation. you have no prove that the united nation (UN) is the one to decides the world laws on everyone. The UN helps people from all over the world with there struggles, of course there going to be corruption in the UN it's not unherd of. Look there always going to be pirates and bandits. This better say it there always going to be and asshole in the room that doesn't care about anyone then him self. You guy's actlike everything is corrupt.

  • Anonymous is on their ass.

  • Comment removed

  • "Do they have legitimate issue in fighting piracy?" No, Cenk. No, they don't.

  • @blechtic why not

  • @Finiras Piracy causes little or no damage. (Except that it removes the markets for commercial piracy which is linked to organized crime.)

Furthermore, the fight against piracy results in enormous damage to society and civil rights - not to forget the welfare loss due to culture and information not being distributed to those wanting or needing it.

  • fuck I love this guy

  • WE NEED SARAH PALIN TO SAVE US FROM THESE EVIL EPIC FAIL BILLS!

  • WE NEED PRESIDENT SARAH PALIN! ONLY SHE has the power to completely STOP SOPA, PIPA, ACTA, etc!

  • I watched porn when I was 8, I was not protected :(((( am I gonna die now?

  • @mkylem423 beat em down my friend

  • @mkylem423 The scary thing is SOPA is nothing compared to ACTA

  • They should rename it the H.R. 1984 Act. Lamar Smith is a fucking traitor.

  • Lamar Smith should be in jail. C'mon wheres the common sense?

  • "And they cum, and they cum, and they cum, and they cum in tidal waves..." 5:11

  • I think Lamar Smith is simply curious as to where he can find some child pornography for himself.

  • H.R. 1981 is pure bullshit and Lamar Smith is such a fucking asshole. Our freedom is being taken away to "protect the children". Yeah right.

  • Can't stop piracy, dumber than the war on drugs.

  • @Boggieman667 The real question is what is congress smoking?

  • ACTA was signed by some countries today.

  • Someone kill Lamar Smith!!!!!!!

  • Progressives who are serious about preventing the complete fascist state and preserving civil liberties have no choice but to vote Paul.

  • Good, I hope they block all the porn, maybe I'd be FUCKING NORMAL if this act came out 8 years ago. My innocence.. Destroyed.. Thank you free internet, you fuck

  • So what if someone browses adult porn, a shitload of ads come up, and one of them is child porn, is that person going to jail?

  • Stop Offshore Piracy Act is what sopa should mean.

  • Damn there is so much corruption.

    We need a revolution.

  • Sooo if we lose porn, will we still have hentai? I wouldn't mind being open minded and switch to that.

  • There was a time a small violation of the constitution would lead to some one dancing at the end of a rope now violations are dismissed not out of fear but because of how often they happen, when the American people lose their teeth? I wouldn’t care but your fucking government has this nasty habit of reaching across to other countries and sticking its fist up everyone else’s ass, kindly put it down or put it back on its leash.

  • this will just encourage me and many others to find more loopholes so i can get what i want for free in other methods or learn more material that will get me there that way

  • @fixitluis They don't give a shit about the pirating. It's a smoke screen. What they are going for is total control over you. They want to discover things about you that can be used against you later. They want to be able to control what goes on the internet so stuff isn't leaked for us to see. The internet is just a large next boundary keeping them from world domination and they want it out of the way. Oh and by they, I mean the Zionist's or our government as your probably know them.

  • It is actually hard to believe sometimes just how shit things are ahead of us. Everyone talks about a revolution, well it needs to start happening. I kind of think things are so far gone and out of control now, the only way for the citizens to put the government in it's place is civil revolt. Take my words for it, in a few years, what I just said could become a crime, and you could get detained indefinitely.

  • Fuck Republicans and fuck Democrats. The PEOPLE, THE 99%, THE CITIZENS, need their own political party. A party not ran by Zionist's. A party that isn't bought out by The Music/Movie Industry. A party where the people actually have a voice.

“Democracy is the government of the people, by the people, for the people.”

    ^This used to be America.

What happened? It's time to start showing our government we aren't going to sit back while they strip away our rights! NOW IS THE TIME FOR CHANGE!

  • @TurboCrafter1 vote for those for wants to keep the sopa.. we dont need any extremist, you can change the parties.

  • @TurboCrafter1 RON PAUL FOR THE LONG HAUL!!!

  • @TurboCrafter1 can we nominate you then? :P hehehe

  • @TurboCrafter1 ok den get of ur fatass and do sumthing lol..

  • Piracy rules supreme

  • The internet is at war.

  • @themanclaw2 *Correction. The People are at War with the Government.

  • Fuck Adds

  • If you think the SOPA backlash was impressive, wait until these fuckers mess with our porn.

  • @Feroal2 too true

  • @Feroal2 i dont think people would do much against that

  • @Feroal2 oh man. the government against "This Man's Porn"... that's just takin it toooo far. rotf.

  • @Feroal2 what abut child porn?

  • I read the January 2010 informal predecisional/deliberative draft back when it was leaked on TPB, wasn't very good then, is still bad now.

  • its the way it is man, the politics and corporations hate no control over the cyber plains- they want to conquer it and maintain their strangle hold SOPA and PIPA got pushed but its gonna keep coming and keep coming til the corporations control the last untamed zone in the world.

But really the solution to tackle piracy guess what is to work with google and the real experts rather then some paid politician whom has the freedom to be as greedy as he wants because of the current world system.

  • Thumbs up if you're watching this in 1984!

  • H.R. 1984

  • can someone assassinate lamarr smith already?

  • Youjizz and pornhub are still up and running! Obama 2012.

  • @bgrim2008 fuck Obama Ron Paul 2012

  • @MadeinBangladesh0235 well ron paul wants to get rid of the civil rights act which is a bit dodgy tbh

  • The president can already order warrantless searches and order organizations to hand over personal data like library records, your finances communications and associations. under this now they just look into what you do on the internet. If they suspect of anything they can track you with gps and trial you in a military tribunal with 0 due process claim they have "secret evidence" and ship you to saudi arabia for torture, While the ones still at home get tsa check points and pull overs.

  • Cenk may get older everyday but his sarcasm, that shit never gets old.

  • If the government were to control the internet that would eventually allow complete control on what info/news they want to be shown, and the ones they want to hold on to.......which would turn the internet into complete BS, as is the media nowadays.....What's worse is if we actually let this happen as a society.

  • @SSTTEEAALLTTHH now thats simply stupid, you do know that piracy and file sharing are two different things don't you?

  • There really isn't any privacy anyway.

  • SOPA may have been a bit ridiculous but something along those lines is desperately needed. There is almost no regulation or policing of the internet at all and that is a bit dangerous. Sadly there will likely be little to no proper policing of the internet any time soon for the western world. So many people bitching about how they are losing their freedom and not enough targeting the real problem; the idiots who wrote the bill! Quit bitching about SOPA. Bitch about criminal congress!

  • @7graywolf7 No it's not needed & there's hardly any danger in it by any standards except for neurotic ones.

  • @TheRacistsMustDie Ahem... Pedophiles, fraud scams, viruses, corporate espionage, military espionage, cyber bullying, stalking, kidnapping lures, piracy, drug trafficking, cyber warfare, advertising spam, identity theft, and internet homicide.

This is a short list of activities which are dangerous to nations, citizens, and businesses alike.

  • @7graywolf7 There is already policy in place to deal with all those things & a bill aking SOPA would do nothing to make such a policy more effective except for piracy which is not a crime, but a justified struggle against the privatization of the general intellect.

  • @TheRacistsMustDie Actually there are little to no policies which govern the internet itself. Only under broad terms are the police capable of dealing with, say, fraud online. They cannot act on a known fraudulent website until somebody is actually victimized and reports it. And yes, piracy is a crime. It is theft. Although I do agree that in many cases it is justified but it isn't always so. That's more of an issue with our current economic model and not the internet.

  • @7graywolf7 It is not theft. Knowledge is a common resource which ought to be held in common & the real crime is the privatization of such a resource.

  • @TheRacistsMustDie A movie is not knowledge. It is a bunch of people acting in front of a camera to tell a story and they do this to be paid money. The money feeds them. Knowledge is not a resource, it is a concept or idea. Knowledge is unlimited and can be gained by simply thinking.

When you pirate a movie you are stealing somebodies work. Work that they use to feed themselves and their families. You should really attend school before discussing law kid.

  • @7graywolf7 And what is the script, the scenario, the story? It's an idea, & nobody ought to be excluded from accessing that idea. Besides that movies aren't the only things pirated: books are also. I can understand that workers have to eat, but the way we're doing it now is not the right way. & yes it is possible to hold those things in common & have the producers living a normal live.

  • @TheRacistsMustDie So how do you suggest all the people who spend months working hard on their films, books, games, et cetera supposed to make their living? I can just tell, based on your profile channel, that you are about to speak of a 16 year olds version of communism. Let me tell you that in a communist system authors and actors wouldn't earn their place simply because they are authors or actors.

  • @7graywolf7 Of course not, 20th century communism failed utterly. & I'm not claiming to be a genius who has the whole answer, but I also won't accept the fatalistic "this is just the way it is" attitude & the mass piracy which bankrupts companies every month shows that it is even so that this is not the way we can continue.

But let's just begin with making intellectual property non-tradable & non-inheritable so the consumer doesn't pay Paul McCartney for Michael Jackson's songs.

  • @TheRacistsMustDie This is agreeable. In fact this is why Ioriginally claimed we needed policing of the internet. There's really only two solutions; let everybody solve the issue one on one or establish a set of laws which control or guide digital retail.

The internet is in that wild west phase where the physical world rules only partially apply and for the most part it's a total free for all as to what goes on here. The real problem is in our largely monopoly based economy.

  • @7graywolf7 Well I'd like to go much further, but as I said I'm not a genius. But it's a beginning.

B.t.w. what on my channel made you think I was an old style communist? Some of the comments? The French tripartite motto on the background? Marx K. in the book-list? Or was it maybe... Obama B. in the book-list؟

  • @TheRacistsMustDie Mostly it had to do with the way it all comes together. I've seen one too many naive high school students in my years I guess XD But hey "old" Communism isn't exactly bad. It's just not entirely compatible with post-industrial revolution civilization.

  • @7graywolf7 Well I would call 20th century communism pretty bad, you know gulags and such, but maybe that's just Fukuyaman propaganda haha. But then again there are 7 communists of the new style in my book-list (although I cheated a bit, because of 5 I've only read articles).
