All points are valid, but his solution was quite stupid. The guy was a nut case. Although the points are valid, his inability to grasp reality, blurred the lines of right and wrong. He chose wrong. By choosing violence he trampled on what makes us truly great, the ability the work out or differences in a non violent manner. We change leadership at the very top of our system peacefully every 4 to 8 yrs without such violence. There in lies our strength.

So what if the governernment is monitoring this! What this man-to-low life said in words has some editoial relevance, but his actions speak otherwise. I agree with some but not all his statements in this video. But the final act of his life is deplorable and I certainly hope for recovery for those individual who were injured. The essay he reveals on youtube should be left up and the character of the man who said it should be weighed in the balance of public opinion or in my case, scorn.

I'm not convinced his actions had to do with pride or ego. Maybe they were involved, but this was the action of an angry, desperate person. He was wrong about his course of action, but people often make mistakes when they are faced with strong emotions and very few options.
People like him and Joe Stack are wrong to use violence, but you are a hypocrite if you then justify the government's countless wars, use of torture and rendition, imprisonment of over 1% of the adult population, etc...

I thought that at first, then after listening longer.. he sounds more like an elite neo-con raised in an upper class family whom provided an excellent education. An anti government tea party type, however too upper class to be part of such. He's probably never been with a woman, but I seriously doubt he was gay.
