  • @BLITZ9500 I run the 110 hurdles, 300 hurdles, 400 hurdles, 200m dash, 400m dash, and long jump. I am also a decathlete

  • Great vid mate! U got really good definition, especially in your legs! what track events u do and what times do you post?? I did notice however at 1:27 that although you have a very strong looking core and good definition, you seem to have the same "problem" as me in that you havent got full definition in your lower two abs, resulting in kind of a 5 pack thing. it pisses me off all the time and i wondering if you knew of any exercises that could help with that!? Not bein mean, ur lookin good

  • Well how do I put up pics or something? And on bench, and incline, I get my max, and put it in percentages, like 60% and up to 100%. this shows you what weight you need to do a certain amount of reps. High for low percent, and low for high percent

  • Someone who doesn't try hard? I lift every morning every day, and in the evenings every other day. I've been lifting since 7th grade, and I got big into it freshman year. Hahaha, I can give you tips if you tell me what kind of benches you have.

  • @DrRockso101 No hate, just no proof. I believe you work very hard, as I do too. I only said that because many people on youtube like to lie about themselves because that is what the internet can do for us. But sure, tips for incline, and decline, and flat would be cool.

  • track running, shows on those legs. really cut up and thick quads and calves. biceps pecs and abs all look really good.
