I dont think its tempered. Cos if it is the straws will snap and break . I know because only when i dont temper chocolate, it turns out bendable.

@JEZEL5 It looks like a regular sheet pan. It looks white-ish because it has been in the freezer.

@mycraftygirl3 It's also because it's not tempered, meaning when he melted the chocolate first he dissolved all the little tiny links in the structure of the chocolate which makes it have that characteristic snap when you bend or eat it.
