Quite a letdown,something trendy and foofy like a foam party instead of something meaty and timeless like the Cramps.I loved this though,makes me think of Steinbeck or Kerouac for some reason.I'd hang out with Rufus,he has presence.
Yeah, that's exactly what I thought. A foam party? I can't think of a worse substitution for a Cramps show. There is no substitution, frankly.
I'm glad you liked it. I recently posted the entire documentary on here so people can watch it at their leisure. Plenty of other great Rufus moments....
Yeah, and to learn that a "foam party" was happening at the club instead made it even worse. A true insult to injury, as they say. The last time I saw 'em was this past summer in L.A. at the Sunset Junction Street Festival -another great Cramps show that never disappoints. God Bless The Cramps!
