This video was from a Polish Tournament and i believe this is part of a demonstration!
Before his death, General Choi (founder of TaeKwon-Do) wanted to introduce into tournaments a more technical form of sparring whereby set sequences of attack and defence were pre-determined by the players.
So in essence Free Sparring in Pattern form.
An interesting concept?!
