  • INCREDIBLE!!!!!!!

  • I never realized how much smaller an SD9 is compared to today's modern power. It's so small!

  • SEE, EVEN PLANES ARE TRANSPORTED BY TRAIN!

  • cool

  • trust me that power combo will never happen again

  • How old was that SD9?

  • What airline are those fuselages for?

  • @Railfanable Boeing 737s... being shipped up to the plant in Everett.

  • ah ok

  • BNSF still has an SD9 in service? Wow.

  • No SP sky box? I wish I got to see it.

  • I thought I saw it all; is there anything that freight trains can't transport??!

  • That was pretty cool! You really never know what you might see on the rails eh? Thanks for sharing this!!

  • I love SD9's. I wish I could see them more often. They last for generations.

  • I move those from Edgemont SD to Gillette WY it is kinda cool seeing em somewhere else... I also move the Empty Airboxes and plane cradles from Gillette to Edgemont. We useally move them in the the H KCKPAS or PASKCK KCK= Kansas City KS and PAS=Pasco WA. H= High Priority Freight.

  • if it wasn't for the sd-9 their will be no sd40-2 or t-2 or anything so love them^_^

  • Actually, I grew up near San Francisco, went to college in Santa Barbara, and am reasonably well traveled including several weeks in Europe and six in Singapore. Spokane also has about 400,000 people in it, so it isn't too shabby on size either. I just don't think your theory is holding here. :)

  • Why are people so fascinated with cars, motorcycles or airplanes? I have no freaking idea why I and other people like trains, I just figure it's the male fascination with big powerful machines.

  • what is the horn?

  • K5LLA

  • omg. thats so cool

  • AAAWWEEEEAAOOMMEEE!!!! this video goes straight to favorites!!!

    and yes also iam subscribing!

  • Oh my goodness.

  • I saw 2 BNSF trains up in Wyoming with sets of 737s. One even had a CN unit trailing

  • WOW!!!

  • Great Video!! 5/5

  • I dont think the first 2 locos are dragging the SD-9, it's pushing them along.

  • if only u had video of the whole train...

  • The rest of the train was a very ordinary consist, so I decided not to drag out the video after all the really interesting stuff happened. :)

  • oh ok! thats still awesome to see. great job

  • that was sweet. 737's with sd70ace throw in a gp9. = great video

  • im impress to see boeing section on the train

how manny trains whit plane's sections pass whithin 24 houres ?

    train on !!!!!!!

  • I'm not sure of the exact number, but I get the impression that it is something around one or two per week. They are not a common sight, but I do see them come through on occasion.

  • I read somewhere the 737 is the most produced plane in the world... I'm actually surprised it's not more than that, but like you saud, you weren't sure.

  • @patmix The factory pushes out 31.5 plane per month, so it's not as much as you'd think.

  • awsome! A sd9!! look at the height difference in the SD70ACes and the old EMD SD9!

  • Shows how much emd 6 axel power has evovled in 50 years!

  • Very cool! I saw this train ready to depart Murray yard in KC, hoping that someone would see it and video it....great catch!

  • Excellent Vid, I thinks me shot this train too!!!

  • Me thinks you did too!!! You should post it; you just have to edit it down first. :)

  • P.S. - I see your hand in my shot!
