We have many identities that we use to define ourselves, e.g.: father, brother, accountant, gourmet cook, volunteer, etc. These keep us in the mind and inhibit us from identifying with our true nature. If you were to die right now, your body would fall away; your career path, your gender, all of these would cease to have meaning. But you would still exist; you are eternal. The part of you that would still exist is your true identity. The others are temporal and false.

Each identity is just something you picked up to try out. You can also choose to disconnect from them or drop them altogether. Dropping the identities you obviously chose will, in turn, help you to drop the deeper identities (man, woman, etc.) and finally the root identity: the body. It's alright! Simply being in the "presence" of the Master, listening with an open attitude, even if we lose track of what He is saying, or cannot understand at that time, He is still working on us. In time, we will understand. Knowing is not always at a conscious level. Just relax, let yourself enjoy, everything will be yours when the time is right. Guaranteed.

He is trying to bring us where we all originated in order to experience mukti. we are what we are today because of our our own decisions abt our nation,state,lauguage,gender,b­ody.. .. in order to go back and reclaim blissful state, which we truely are, we ve to drop our conditioning one by one to reach the level where you realise that to take birth or not itself is your choice. Knwoing this you expereince relief and are able to drop yr ego to become pure conciouness

Basically to be free from ego or your identity. Be aware of it and expand yourself instead of just limiting yourself. Understand that you create your choices and that you have freedom - in everything so you don't have to suffer as you can change it if you do not like it.

So when one expands, cleansing begins internally (kundalini shakti for example) - that creates new types of attraction, anything you want that point, you will attract.

So be aware but at the same time, expand and be free
