Hello. I recommend to find your higher self at this moment.

Find out who you are and what you want to become in this world.

Remove as many fears that you are possibly able to do (not too fast, you can't climb a 100ft step and procrastination doesn't help either). Remove them one by one.

As you remove fears find that higher frequency of love and allow it to be a part of your life and all will be fine

He does because the def/blind person can feel his presence and his existence.
