  • nice choice of music :)

  • sorry but ur a fucking dumbass! lmao no spot? i would laugh so hard if it fell on u

  • @Mr187machine guess u didnt see the catch bars right below his chest level...

  • im 13 200lbs and i can bench 410 raw no straps

  • @13andincrediblycut we already know ur lieing becauase straps dont do shit on bench. I think when u meant to lie u meant bench tshirt. Better luck next time fagghole.

  • @HEYIMATANK No, retard. I DO bench raw with out a bench suit and I don't use straps either, which SOME bench pressers do use to not sacrifice losing grip of the weight with straps and/or gloves that HELP you grip when you're grip isn't that good or if you just FEEL you need to wear them in the lifts.

Try thinking before you post retarded crap that you think makes sense to some one who KNOWS about everything and you know nothing. :)

  • @13andincrediblycut You just said to me think before you post retarded crap- Your comment that i replied to was "im 13 200lbs and i bench 410 raw no straps" thats retarded crap. A Bench Shirt will help you get more weight, straps really dont do anything on bench because its not an exercise where you lose grip. Straps can be very beneficial on deadlifts, cleans etc. i completely owned you, so dont even bother replying back.

  • @HEYIMATANK Whatever makes you happy, or whatever I CHOOSE not to say makes you think you're happy. :)

  • @13andincrediblycut thanks

  • @13andincrediblycut straps do nothing for you on bench...idiot

  • good lift but damn i can't believe all the people that do this without a spotter.

  • @xValorzX hes from Ishitinthewoods tribe.

  • Nice press! I feel you though. im 5'11 165. I am really strong. When i flex i look really ripped, but when i dont flex its different.. idk y...

  • What was that little bounce at the beginning of your lift there. The one at the top as soon as you unracked the weight. You may be strong and anything over 300 lbs is nothing to scoff about for sure but that little bounce is a rookie move and a bad habit which will blow your shoulders out for sure buddy when you start doing that shit with some serious weight so get out of that habit now while your still lifting strong. Mark my words.

  • dangerous without someone backing you up

  • badass dude and yes six packs dont show core strength

  • looks like you got it pretty easily

  • great form! my guess is he coldve done it atleast 2 or 3 times meaning is real max ia bout 365ish.which is really good if hes not too much more than 200 pounds

  • easy

  • LOOK LIKE U COULD HAVE DID THAT 5 TIMES

  • Some lift you could knock a wide receivers head off at that weight.

  • good form, this is a real vid right here hate thos vids when they say its 335lbs when its not, glad to see a true vid

  • How much it was?? 110kg?

  • Beautiful press.

  • Did you warm up before this? What did you do?

  • competition form. great job

  • like the music :D

  • good lift but try to tuck ur elbows in dont have them flaired out, ull be able to lift more

  • Good Job

  • great form

  • great ass

  • what is this? I saw youtuber- bigbadankit put up 365lbs easier.

  • theres guys on here who can rep 500

  • Are you one of them?

    Didn't think so...

  • ok well im having a problem and i need some advice. ive been stuck at benching 260 for the past month and havent improved yet i have been working out every other day since. why am i not improving and what can i do to improve again?

  • Add push ups or heavy negatives.

  • Most effective way to increase strength - 1 hard workout = maximum fatigue. Then rest for 1 full week. Guaranteed to increase your bench.

  • It works for me, Check out my progress videos.

  • your body has become used to your work out i had the sdame problem at 305 change up your lift order and reps that should help

  • If your doing chest every other day your over training. You need to give the muscle more time to heal

  • ur muscles only need 48 hours of rest between each workout

  • NO. STOP IF THIS IS HOW YOU ARE LIFTING. YOUR MUSCLES BREAK DOWN BEFORE THEY REPAIR IF YOU OVER LIFT YOU WILL LOSE STRENGTH AND MASS. If you're just starting it may seem like your getting stronger when you over lift, but that is only you getting better at lifting not stronger (neural factors). Do a muscle group hard about once a week or twice if you have a max effort and a dynamic or speed day. you can workout multiple times a week but don't do the same muscle group if you want to get big.

  • i changed to focus training. still stand by the 48 hours of rest. as long as your muscles arent sore 48 hours later. your good to go. the big thing is assuming they REPAIR IN 48 hours.

  • dawg,you had more then 1,keep goin!

  • tight song ☺ and that alot of weight

  • Nice work my man, perfect..

  • is it kg or pounds

  • 2 of the plates on each side are 45, and the red ones are 55(25kg)

    thus 335 pounds

  • Great lift dude I like the music just as equally too Disturbed is awesome

  • I love to see raw , Real benching

    Nice Job!

  • too easy

  • Nice lift man. Great job! Awesome form. I give you a 5/5. How tall are you? How much do you weigh? How old are you?

  • 5'10, 217 lbs. I did this lift when I was 32. Am going to be 34 this year and have maxed out at 375 so far this year. Not doing maxes anymore at the moment, so this will probably be my max for a while

  • @xbure9x you try maxing out when youre all alone? bad idea bub

  • Nice lift but you really should do this with a spotter kid...gotta do work son!

  • ca c'est du bon gros mytho, lol !

  • very nice form

  • NICE! The benchpress equipment thing I mean...wish they had that at the gym then I wouldn't have to bring a spotter with me. 17 been at it for 6-8 months started can do about 235 7-8 probably get it to x10 real soon I think I can do this soon?

  • I can believe that was 335lbs. And I see a post like two below mine about the bar not bending. Only cheap fuckin bars will bend! And so will the good bars.. i.e.. "Texas Power Bars"... only with enough weight that is. But that looks like a good bar. Anyway man... keep pumpin! Good vid.

  • great job

but maxing without a spot is always risky

  • The bar did not move like 335lbs. For one, it did not bend very much. And two he twisted it a few times. When over 250 is on the bar there is not much movement. If it was in fact 335, I'm impressed. 315 has me staining.

  • You must be able to do 235 for 15 to 20 reps then? Very decent.

  • If he can bench 335 with that kind of form, then he can probably do 235 for 13-15 reps.

  • Nice man, i wouldnt be doing that shit without a spotter heh heh...even though i workout myself without a spotter alot of the time. Meh. just 335 wow man nice. Im at 200ish~

  • nice man great form, nice controlled movement

  • why are concerned on abs you flaming fruitcup....good lift u can prob press 365 with spot

  • why is it that fat people bench press so much.. I weight 140 and i max 225

  • I wouldnt really describe this guy as fat:\\

  • look how fat he is dude he got no abs

  • lol 1: im way fatter, 2: how do you know hes got no abs, you dont see him without his shirt? lol

  • well at 140, you're a scrawny piece of shit, so how's that?

  • lol and your a big piece of shit lol

  • Jealousy sucks, doesn't it?

  • haha either way, this was a good lift. its doubtful he has abs, but its doubtful that youll ever bench 335 weighing 140, gotta gain some weight

  • i am curious as to why you think that. Are you implying it is impossible to be lean enough to have your abs show and bench over 300 pounds? For the record, no, I don't have my six pack showing, however, I would be willing to bet my ab muscles are stronger than most anyone out there. Try doing decline crunches with a 45 pound plate BEHIND YOUR HEAD and tell me how that works for you.

  • @xbure9x i agree with kevin, obviously you dont have a six pack, you're 5'10 and 217lbs. you're very strong, but you're no underwear model. deal with it. dont have to insult others about their weight.

  • @xbure9x Hey man, I just had to respond to that....if you are doing decline situps with weight behind your head--especially that much weight--STOP NOW. you will blow your lower back out. I did those for years...I'm 37 now and I blew out a disc in my lower back, a lot of which I'm convinced, is from doing those. you don't need that much resistance to get good abs.

  • ha!!!!!!!!

dude that was a classic comeback. props on the lift and on putting this 'scrawny piece of shit' in his/her place.

  • @xbure9x if he can bench 225 and he weighs 140, hes obviously not scrawny

  • @xbure9x LMFAO he weighin 140 haha, nice press tho, Im weighin at 195 benchin 200 for 3 sets of 10-12reps. I actually began using Dumbells 95lbs instead of barbell thanks to Lee Hayward from body building cause i was hitting a plateau. But I dont know my max. My goal is to be 225 with 8% body fat. What supplements you use? or you just get all your protein from food.

  • @sixcorners heavier people can take heavier weight, and don't listen to what this guy has to say, u bench what u bench. nobody gives a shit if this guy benches 375, i bench 275 and i'm proud of that. as for the maker of the video, u don't have to belittle people because of how much they bench or weigh, if u do the math, he is benching a higher percent of his body weight than u so if I were u, i would shut the fuck up, and for the record, i'm 5'9" and weight 195.

  • @Andydag904 it not be higher weight lifted to bodyweight ratio, u do the math

  • @topdawgster i'm talking about the guy who made the video not myself

  • @sixcorners and for the record, yes i know this is an old comment, but i'm trying to stick up for u. xbure9x is a dick, fuck him

  • @Andydag904 so much has change since 3years i quit working out and now i'm just fat!!! I'm just begining to work out again but i'm going to run alot first then work out i'm going for the cuts not the bulk anymore

  • MWPitmaster, you are dead wrong. More to the point, you are viewing this from one angle, a single facet, without due consideration to differences in opinion or practice. You would be quite out of your element if you tried that argument among a group of Powerlifters. I doubt you would be given respect or notice if you opined to them what you did below to us.

  • nice lift for touch and go. you could have gotten it with a pause but why risk it with no spotter. Arching is for people that want to boost their numbers but REAL benching is NOT with an arch. The people that want to make arching a part of bench are the people that couldn't do the amount they wanted to with a proper bench, which is back straight and flat, feet touching the ground, and no bounce, and no gear.

Putting the arch in makes it more like a decline.

  • Good effort.

The man is clearly strong, and the lift was easy, but I feel compelled to comment about the 'no arch' qualification for good lifting. The arch actually stabilizes, allows you to draw the lats into the motion more and I concede, does give a mechanical advantage. But when lifting weight, showing strength or performing at all, isn't technique as important as raw power? A simple arch would not allow him to lift more weight if he did not know *how* to employ an unfamiliar form.

  • I do have a problem with getting the technical "bench press form" down. I try to arch my back, but it never winds up being like the powerlifters do. I have sort of adopted a if it ain't broke, don't fix it stance with my lifting, although I know this will eventually prevent me lifting big weight.

  • A taught back, flexed glutes and drawn lats will enable that. To draw those in, try pretending that you are pressing heavy weight (lifting nothing or just the bar) and lift your butt high...as high as you can off the bench...then when you feel your back is tight, put your butt down on the bench. Alternatively, you can place towels or something under the small of your back to help you 'feel' what an arch is and how to make your muscles do it.

  • great job bro.nice everything keep it up

  • nice no arched back nice form nice job bro

  • Nice job, dude. Seriously though, use a spotter next time.

  • every one telling him to do more reps needs to shut the fuck up, obviously he is just doing his max for the video, do you think he got to 335 by just doing 1 reps. obviously not.

  • i agree with you. everyone who says that it is not alot of weight need to shut up too. Lets see you put up 335.

  • is the weight on that bar really 335? i only see three plates so for that to be 335 would be impossible. what plates are those?

  • 3 45s and a 10 on each side. the 10s are blocked by the other equipment, but you can see it if you look closely.

  • im 15 and hit 260 even tho ahlf u wont believe me but the one thing that id say to snorman just because my uncle is a powerlifter is most people forget to breath.. it sounds simple but most people forget to breah in down and breath ut up and explode... going down to slow is a waste of time

  • You're a moron and a pussy.

  • down with a sickness, disturbed sings it lol

  • good compliment but whats the title of the song

  • down with the sickness

  • thanks

  • im 16 right now and i just hit 245.. any pointers on how get stronger.

  • the only way...is just to fucken fuck ur body up and just fuckin damage that musle so it can grow better stronger

  • at 16 lifting 245, unless u 500lbs and never trained before and could just lift it without any past experience, i think you have alot more pointers than most people here unless u a lying bastard

  • work hard. more reps at like 185 or 200 work better than doing 1-2 reps at 245.

all you have to do is work hard and dont give up on yourself. good luck. :)

  • not true, depends on what your goal is.

  • that was directed at Krysis112 by the way...

  • nice form, good quality press.

  • thats good but i just benched 360lbs the other day and im still going up...

  • no one gives a FUCK what you bench, faggot.

  • and no one gives a fuck about what you say, you faggot ass, punk ass, bitch ass, weak ass, pussy

  • wow. your real creative. lets see how many words i can put in fron of ass. pathetic

  • here's one, learn how to spell "front" dumb ass!

  • Fucking idiot. This guy Krysis112 sends me 2 messages on here about how much of a pussy i am. fuckin ignorant bastard

  • Until we see video with you puttin up that 360 im callin bull. Put up or shut up dude.

  • Yep - that was impressive!

  • nice lift brother..335 raw is 335....stronger than 99% of the people out there..well done

  • now that's what i call a friggin lift. nice job man.

  • im 19 an can bench 410lb im bodybuilder but you luy!!

  • yea right with all that anime shit on your profile i know you're some 110 pound kid.

  • and from that comment its proof that you dont lift kid.

  • like hell kid... you proly dont know wat a bench is retard...get a life

  • hey im 15 goin on sixteen and i can bench 214lb...im tryin to post a vid

  • Nice performence, i wonder if 200lb at 15 years old is good? I just do gymnastic, its just a day i went to a gym, and i did 200

  • Of course you did :=)...

  • even tho ur profile says ur 27...

  • nice rubber youtube weights!

  • arch your back slighty to target your pecs. what you are doing now won't make your pecs grow since you all the weight is being transfered throughout your arms and out the other, rather than your pecs doing most of the work. and don't lock out your elbows. other than than, have a nice lifting session.

  • ok nice form but u should really use a spotter with that much wieght. it would totally ruin your day to have 335 pounds drop on your chest and all u would be able to do was be like "wtf"

really good form though. it looks like you could proaably rep that about 5 or six times

  • clean

  • What's with all these lazy losers adding there useless crap about how much weight is on the bar when every powerlifter or body builder knows you are clueless when you open your mouth. And btw powerlifters weights at competitions are different colors and weigh more.

  • MY max is 350, and after I saw you do that 335 , it was very easy, you got at least 15 to 20 more lbs in you./

  • yeah, maybe more, cuz hes dropping the bar too slow. u use more energy lowering it slowly

  • but that was really good form. You need to be quiet.

  • foreverjapan68,

Don't suggest testing limits when we're dealing with that much weight. It's dangerous without a spotter!

  • Nice form.

  • I´m not blind i can see what weight the plates are and its 260. Dont be sad thats still pretty strong...

  • Thats just 260

  • no its not dumbass 3 plates 315 2 tens on each side is 335 great adding, go back to Kentucky dumbshit

  • solid

  • nice form dude, no bouncing, that was perfect

  • nice music

  • song name anybody??

  • disturbed - down with the sickness

  • thank u

  • I also suggest that if u want to build strength not muscle mass for bodybuidling (unless of course ur a body builder)U do a weight that u can handle and do more sets and reps. Less reps only builds muscle mass, it doesn't build power or strength

  • I don't understand. All that is showing is that he has good snap muscle. Lifting 160 kgs and doing one rep doesn't show any strength. All it shows is that ur body has a lot of snap muscles and can exert energy quickly to lft basically anything. but try doing more than one rep.

  • good job

  • Great lift - good clear vid.

Ordinarilly, I'd say, don't ever bench without a spotter present, but clearly in this case, it appeared to be quite safe.

  • goodweight!...solid form!..keep the numbers going up bro

  • mellloncollie... like no you didnt so shut youre fuckin mouth

  • I was doing this at age 15.

  • if u were doin this at 15 wot can u do now!!!??? lets see it fuckdust

  • first off, this isn't high school weight, unless of course you go to a high school of superhumans.

secondly, i can tell you can push much more than this based on the ease of which you pushed this up

    nice lift

  • nice lift. keep workin

  • my dad did 400lbs

  • thats high school weight

  • no spoter your fuck crazy!

  • no one has noticed that he has bars that will stop the weights falling onto him if he cant lift it

  • i can do more than you !

  • u crush like ant and flic u off my shoe

  • what u guys talkin about?? he had that safty bar on both sides to catch it if it fell

  • not smart to bench alone

  • benchpressing without safety isnt good says propeller joe

  • YOU COULDA DONE 20 POUNDS MORE

  • nice.

  • Nice lift pimpjuice.

  • nice

  • ive seen scl bench 425 in person...F350, i would probably end up beating you to death.

  • hey F350, get a life you redneck, you're weak and you'll never get anywhere in life. you're an ideot who cant even bench his bodyweight. keep wearing that confederate flag, you incest loving fagget.
