So far he has been much more impressive than Jarron Gilbert. Melton played much of the Giants game at Defensive Tackle and played suprisingly well.

Needs to improve his leg strength/ push. But the athleticism is there. Developmental player who could be good in time.

Can play a tad bit lower, and use his hands better.

He needs work. But has potential!

I dont think Melton will make or break this bears draft class...Cutler is this years draft class...but besides that, I think Melton was our biggest reach, he wont see much action this year and is a 2 year project...nonetheless I think this was the best bears draft class in the last 5 years as far as what we had...we got dj moore who is a real talent and will be nfl ready, gilbert should produce right away, and Iglesias was worth the trade down and not going for massaquoi, even kinder can play

Watch Lance Briggs at MLB in 2004 and you'll realize he is no MLB. Give me Urlacher any day of the week
