@daniel198647 IDK if you are serious, but even if it is based off of cherubs or cherubim (which IDK if it is) it doesn't mean that it is based solely on the devil. There are cherubs that are good. The Bible even says God rides on the back of one and there was a cherubim set in the Garden of Eden after the fall to guard the Tree of Life. God even has the Israelites carve images in the temple of Cherubs and I am sure there are other examples too. Just thought it was interested and wanted to share

@MsChococat99 The release date of Beauty and the Beast in theaters was just five days after I was born. I love Beauty and the Beast too, it's probably my favorite of all Disney movies. I find a connection between myself and Belle and I hope that someday I will find the Beast who is really my prince and true love underneath. I will admit that Beastly was a really good replay of the plot, but the Disney version is still my favorite of the two.

@Simpsons01111 I feel similarly. I am in the oldies fan club too, although I go a bit farther back to th late 50's. The way that media marketed stuff back then was so different. Thinking on Disney movies, they were marketed using the story and content, not who did voices in it (like Miley Cyrus as a headlined voice when she doesn't even speak in the movie fo more than 30 minutes). And what girls look up to now? Yeesh! Give me classic Disney, Sesame Street, and old time Rock and Roll!
