  • It's awesome to see 2 ladies mixing it up and banging! Man, you ladies can throw! Hope to be as good as y'all someday! Keep it up ladies! :)

  • yea she wussed out cause she knew the whooping holly was going to inflict upon her

  • Is this the same "Hurricane" Hernandez who didn't show up for a fight with Holly Holm after mouthing off about how good she was and how Holm didn't stand a chance against her....?

  • how's a girl gonna walk someone down with both hands at her knees.... girl in red gloves respects her too much (not sure why)

  • Like to see more of Stacey Boxing in private type matches she is hot!!!

  • likes girls sparring

  • both are good

  • all puerto ricans are so cocky.. bunch of low life losers.

  • Good work,

I love the way you stay busy through the who sparring session!

  • nice tattooo lol

  • Stacey, you must have increadible hard abs as you show your abs like an advertisement, and yes they are really sexy but you draw punches to yuor upper body this way and never seem to be slowed by hits to the abs or torso. Keep on showing your great muscle . I teach boxing and every women it is key the lean muscle wins all the time!

  • actually yes i have a very hard core. Ina Manzer decided to go to the body with jabs, all of a sudden, in my fight. prior she NEVER went to the body and i laughed to myself like she was joking they were so weak

  • Melissa Hernandez is a fast talking ghetto bitch who knew she was going to get her ass kicked by Holly Holm and decided to run like a rabbit.

  • That's some good work.

I put off watching women's boxing for years but I'm just starting to get into it. You're definatly talented, hope to see some of your fights one day.

  • 5 Stars, keep up the hard work Stacey, I like your style.

  • @JohnBoxing1 thanks man thats awesome!

  • @JohnBoxing1 ps i'm training twice a day since then. but i probably shouldnt say that cuz i'm already not getting fights!

  • Just becuase your not getting fights dosent mean your training should slum, you are a good fighter with progressing potential. I've seen a lot of fighters at my gym who have been in between fights for long periods of time. They all agree that the time is good, just train, and study fights, lots of them.

  • ur right but they only call me for fights when they know i'm not in the gym or my trainer is away in england or 2 weeks notice etc etc

    but i remain ready

  • Hey stacey could you hook me up with melissa? lol tell her I'm puerto rican too and a big fan of hers I also box, oh and by the way you fight pretty good i hope you keep it up and dedicate yourself you got a good future ahead of you, say hi to melissa for me lol

  • Were Hernandez's trainers trying to show her what happens when she's in with somebody who jabs and she doesn't? You were the one who won that sparring session for sure.

  • i was totally flat and exhausted in this sparring session. all in that week i was offered a fight with two weeks notice and had court. plus i gave blood for the medicals and i was told my mother only had a month to live. YOU SHOULD SEE WHAT SHAPE IM IN NOW!!!! melissa made me realize i wasnt focused and i was out of shape in this sparring session.. but thank you for the compliment.

  • You're welcome! I'm glad you didn't take that fight on two weeks notice and arrive simply to be an 'opponent'. Fighters taking bouts on short notice just to show up as an 'opponent' is one of the big things killing the sport, in my humble opinion.

  • I love u stacey... Stacey i love u... i'll be watchin huracan put it down on holms.

  • I hope you Spar with Melissa 'Huracan' Hernandez again

  • damn good fight

  • i think so. considering i had not been training because of alot of outside distractions. i'm happy with my performance. next time i'll have ALOT more gas in my tank

  • Wow. It's a good thing your trainer's passport expired. If you looked good sparring with all those problems how do you look without them?

  • ha ha exactly!

  • i dont think so, cuz i was dead tired from the blood work since the second round. she kept coming at me. i was just extra loose and cautious so i wouldnt waste energy. they were coaching her in spanish actually.

  • How can Melissa be the best lb. 4 lb. female fighter in the world when u totally outclassed her in that sparring session? I'll train you.

  • i had to get blood work done for medicals the day before this sparring. i was not 100%. also i had court for a red light ticket, my dog had surgery and i had dental work done all within the same week. i was trying to get ready for a fight but hadnt trained at all for a month prior because my mom was not doing well on her chemo. FACTS NOT EXCUSES

  • ps its about who shes fought, so she gets alot of points for that on boxrec. shes a champ.

  • Very impressive, your always a pleasure to watch.

  • Im glad she did fight my girl Ana Julaton...that would have been a knockout for sure.

You should work on your footwork and spinning someone like that around when they charge at you like that.

Watch that Paulie Malignaggi fight against diaz...his footwork was excellent.

Melissa is strong but she leaves herself wide open at times.

    Keep up the good work!

  • you're right. thats something that i need to work on. i always hit hard, every punch i want to hurt the person. so intense. but its not supposed to be like that for sparring. you're right. the second sparring was waaaaay harder. i was completely flat from trying to squeeze all of my training into two weeks with blood work for medicals etc and. since my mom had been very ill prior to getting ready for this fight.

  • It is ok , you are good, but if you go lighter in sparring then you can try out new techniques; you can play around with different ideas more. If you sparring trying to hit the KO blow , then you have no choice , but to either cover up , and go for what you know. In Muay Thai we are taught to high with high intensity with low impact. This way both fighters can learn from what they are doing.

  • I know Muay Thai and boxing are differnt in some ways , but some ways they are the same. We hit as hard and as fast as we can on the pads in order to build, endurance , technique , power etc. but not so hard on each other. Yes, you can learn if you are hitting hard , but you can learn and coach each other even more if you dont have the fear of being KO'd if you missing a block , or slip etc.

  • Good techinque , but I never understand why boxers hit each other so hard during sparring.

  • she's way too cocky (blue gloves)

  • i thought she fell at the beginning at like :01 she like does a dip or sumethin...i was arguen with my buddy he says he could take both of ya at the same time...i told him eather one of u would put him to shame...he thinks ur girls....well u are girls but in a difference sence than what hes used to....do you do weight training what so ever???

  • those r sum hot matching grant equipment

  • amazing

would to see you too in an actual fight someday!

  • i want her to train me !

  • Why does Melissa keep her so low? Is she a boxer puncher?
