@1999DEADORALIVE Well of course you can. Kasumi's fighting style is the easiest one anyone can learn. Even a 8 year old can learn how to use her. Ayane on the other hand, is much more complicated, but if you practice with her, she can perform DEADLY combos unlike Kasumi.
