Hi Johnny First of all,My full name is Jose Roberto Schneider age 69 born and living in N.Y. My mother was from Ponce Puerto Rico and my father was from Germany. One of my hobbies is singing bolero's with my guitar. My trip with Eddie to Sing Sing to this day I regret not making a movie about it. Of all places, We all had to meet in the Bronx where the bus was waiting that Saterday morning and Eddie made sure we had plenty of Cafe Con Leache and food. Eddie was very exited about It.

After a week, filled with hard work, exhausted and frustrated, almost ever my first action was (and often today still is), to lay up this LP from Eddie.

And when Ismael Quintana began to sing:

"Hace tiempo que vengo cantando y sonando el tambo",

I thought: "Yep, right! Éso es la verdad!!!"

And at the latest, whith the begining of the refrain, all frustation flew away like the notes from Raymonds trumpet ... = )

Cool idea to connect this music with this film.( "20000 in Sing Sing", I think?)
