Yeah same thing here in America nothing but total SHIT on the radio, at least regular radio you may find something good on satalite. but yeah when the radio tries to be metal all they play is lame newer mettalica or god-awful nu metal or metalcore or glam. I wondering wheres the Thrash the Power the NWOBHM the oldschool sounding Death or oldschool sounding Grind or just Classic Heavy Metal, you know. I think 'hardcore girls' interest was taken by the riot grrl movement (hole, babes in toyland etc) which is a shame because earlier bands like Girlschool, Rock Goddess etc had far better musicianship, could sing (not just scream), write great songs etc

@ThePoison27 Im a guitarist and i teach kids. The point of me telling you that is becuase i once worked in a place where each room had about 10 famous guitarists on the wall. NOT ONE of them was a woman.

I teach girls and i think they should be taught that there are, and have been successful amazing female guitarists! Kelly Johnson being one of them.
