Eugenics is perfectly rational. As things stand the average IQ is decreasing, and birth defects and behavioural disorders are increasing. We are suffering DYSGENICS.
If a group is too small, yes - but never has such degeneration been seen in a racial group (save maybe the jews!); as long as there are enough people this is not a problem. The 'homogenity = bad' argument is political and has no basis in reality. Japan, Britain, other isolated lands (indeed Europe as a whole) would have ceased to exist long ago if your theory was correct.
Two populations remaining in two seprate geopgraphical regions and environmental niches will have greater opportunities for the development of novel genetic mutations that lead to "progress" than could ever possibly occur in one well MIXED population. In fact once everyone became mixed you would be in the same lack of "genetic diversity" boat using slitors argument.
Further, Eugenics is only a secondary issue in the depopulation program, the NWO wanting to kill off whole groups of people is about power, they do not want to have to waste their precious time and effort on anyone else, so they rather kill them (after having sucked their lifeblood for a century or two).
Eugenics does not have to involve any genocide, abortion, or any euthenasia, just conscious decissions on sexual relations.

I do not see what all the big fuss about Eugenics is here. There are more than one way at it, we have allready learnt some lessons from the past, we would simply do it a little more gently this time around.
