dumbass if you stay in water for 1 or 2 hours, it doesnt matter if rinis it after you finished. doing so 3 or 4 times will cause the rubbers to damadge!

I was snorkeling for about 2 hours and the next day developed a soar throat that got worse and lasted for over a week. I read it was from mouth breathing. Any ideas on how to prevent this from happening while snorkeling?
