We have got 45/32 with a magic (vibra) screed. So obviously if the guy in front of you putting in shots and cutting screeds suck. Plus its nice to have at least 2 rake men that know what they are doing.

@hankthesilverlab Unless your building a swiss watch, you can screed 2 to 3 times more with a vibe screed vs. doing it with an aluminum bar screed by hand
