@HKDisaster How? Please explain to me. The notes are often off timing(especially in solos). In Guitar Hero, you don't have to be perfect, it emphasizes on fun. In Rock Band 3 you can't have fun without being really good; even then, the game's charting pisses me off because it decides it wants to leave notes out(*hint hint* Here I Go Again's main riff). They also edit the songs way too much. For people that actually like the music, it's disappointing to hear RB's choppy studio-editing.

@4lic Far from the only one. There's a huge thread on the official Rock Band forums. Many people agree that Harmonix has a lot of work ahead for RB4.

It may have to do with the higher framerate in RB3 compared to RB2, but some animations are indeed really bad.

Well it definitely does on the Wii because you can hardly SEE the animations in the Wii version of RB3 because the venues are incredibly dark and the little you can see looks awful anyway. Warriors of Rock generally has the best character graphics and animations of any music game I've played on the system.

@4lic The animations may look better overall, but at least the drummer in rock band actually drums along hitting the correct drums in rock band. In guitar hero, the drummer seems to just be randomly flailing his arms at random drums to create the illusion.

@8bitbro they make a system that "says" to the drummer what drum he needs to hit by the color: red is the most of the time snare, yellow is hi hat or crash, blue is small tom tom or big tom tom', orange is ride or crash and green is floor tom or big tom tom. this thing is awesome when you are creating custom song cause the drummer do what you ask and not randomly like in gh world tour or metallica.
