If he is certified, that's when you get his name and go to the association he is certified with so they deal with him personally. You cannot be calling strikes in the dirt. That changes the out come of a game.

well buddy looks can be decieving. he does get paid to ump and he is a certified umpire. all umps for our games are certified and trained. apparently all this guy is missing is common sense and a uniform. so stick that in your pipe and smoke it.
