When Indinas say Hindi it means the langugae written in Dev Nagri script and vocabluary mainly depends upon indian indeginous languages(khari boli, brij bhasha and others).Same language is known as Urdu but written in Nastaleeq(arbic-Persian)& vocabluary depending mainly on Arabic,Persian,Turk and Indian indeginous languages. I am not here to pick up a fight with you. Indian films make use of all the languages that are used in the area which includes languages like URDU, Panjabi, Bengali etc.They are used so as to attract people of all cultures and languages and get them to watch Indian Films. Most of the languages in our subcontinent are derived from Sanskrit.. including Hindi and Urdu... Urdu is a combination of Sanskrit and Farsi and other persian languages... that explains the similarity between hindi and Urdu

whi told you Urdu is Pakistani langauage you fool ? Indian muslims who moved from India to Pakistan are called Urdu speaking . Urdu is mix of Persian and Hindi -verbs are persian , noun are from hindi. Pakistan has adopted urdu as national language but its not language of Pakistan , Punjabi, sindhi and pushto are Pakistan real language. the Urdu speaking in pakistan came from india and are only 10% of population.
