I think it is, I've heard the similar sound in different versions of this. Back in the day they did it from tape masters that might have already had something on it that they just recorded over, leaving some sounds to leak through by accident.

I have been looking for a version of this song for over 20 years. The video features a guy dancing in front of a backdrop of rainbow colors. For the longest time I thought it was the lesser known version by Casanova's revenge, but I could eliminate that possibility with the advent of Napster around 1995. Another decade of fruitless searching and suddenly Youtube comes along. But no, havn't been able to find it here either. Anyone out there that have an idea? It would be MUCH appreciated!
