Fining the illegals, then FORCE-working them [on chain gangs, road crews, etc.] will also deter them by example to others, and also make them never want to return.

You might say that all of them are not smart? That might be true for the vast majority, but there Hispanics who are really smart. I had a conference in my sons college, and I met many Hispanics grad students in economics, engineering, physics and chemistry, and so far I have met 3 Hispanic doctors, and I have to mention my neighbors son is currently attending Stanford with a 36000 dollars scholarship and hes Hispanic.
