Everyone who's saying it will hurt to sleep on them or anything else suggesting that it's a long-term piercing.... it's not. If it was intended to be a permanent corset piercing it would not have been laced. It would have started as separate surface piercings, which would have been bars, and then when completely healed one of the balls on the surface bar would be exchanged for a ring.

You guys! These are what people call 'play peircings'. These are peircings that show off the peircers talent and are used for advertisement or for informational reasons. They are only kept in for a couple of hours, the scars disspear fact because you don't keep them in long, and shes not ruining her body because she takes them out! and, it's freaking badass. surface piercings -like a corset piercings, usually last for 3-4 months, but any ircing can be permanent if IT IS LOOKED AFTER PROPERLY. this means cleaning everyday, and not touching with hands,as most bacteria is on the hands. which causes infection. rejection can occur if the skin is not suitable. so really any piercing can last, depending on what your pain threshold is, it may /may not hurt . i have 8 piercings for far, and all are fine :) , nice corset ^-^ x
