Well i've taken classes then mastered the two stroke engine, I have made stock mopeds go 43 gps, also a full tweaked goped 25.6cc big bore racing motor with the high compression head with 17 to 1 compression could reach 32,000 rpms with a 0.675 spindel which at 32,000 rpms it would be able to do about 30-32 mph max. I helped work on the fastest pedal moped in the world which does 73.8 mph and that takes forever to get the top speed. So knowing those facts yes this video is sped up and fake.

the motor is also just a standard cheap-o goped motor.
23000 is just not going to happen, especially on this scooter.

i have 2 gas scooters, know all about them, have gone through the engines many times.
one revs to about 7,000 the other about8,500
