has anybody ever taken the time to look at remy's flash kick? I find it really funny. It's not like Guiles where it's one leg then the other, BOTH of his legs just lift up at the same time like they're just pulled up by some force.

....ANYWAYS crazy match, that thing at 1:28 doesn't even seem possible to me, what with the amount it takes to charge the kick and all.

oh, the flash kick thing you pointed out, it's charge partioning. he was holding down on the way down, then during the blue kick, and he probably dashed with DF DF or something. in 3S you can break up the charge time if it's not much time in between, like split second. that's how you dash then throw a LOV

That was an absolutely brilliant last round between the two, god I love Pierrot's Remy. I really should tend to use the j.HP more, the fact I know you can now combo a Cold Blue Kick off it means I can actually get something more out of that little slow juggle state they're in.

Wow, Pierrot only used LoVs five times in the first round and still won. That was a nice little combo (or reset) in the second round, in which he parried twice into air fierce, cold blue kick, dash, then charge partitioned rising rage flash-never knew that was possible. Great match.

Akuma is pretty good, even though he's considered around mid/low. His demon flip is a constant guessing game to the opponent. I play Yellow (fierce) Ken. xD

mid/low? akuma is top tier in 3rd strike. after gill he's the second or third strongest in the game if you factor in oro.

Uhh...Definately not. I've said this before on a different vid. The rank goes: Yun, Chun, Makoto/Ken, yada yada...Akuma is DEFINATELY not top tier. I guess you can argue that he's mid tier.

Don't tell me that you're sayin this simply because of his low defense. If his defense was high he would definently be cheap. Lowering his defense is the only way to balance him out among everybody else. For example, why do you think Ryu is slower than Akuma and Ken, because he's a fuckin two legged tank.

yeah gouki is certainly NOT top tier. he is a very very dangerous and capable character, but not more so than most of the other mid tiers, high tiers and top tiers around/above him (about 8 or so characters). and why would you need to factor in oro lol, he's also mid tier.
