  • @sandman04 he means double cream. fellow uni student here too. haha

  • Ohhhh that looks soooo good. Definitely going to try it.

  • "italian seasoning -- salt and pepper"...

  • Nice fake Italian accent ; )

  • @piscataway53 its not fake all of olive gardens head chefs are sent off to italy to learn the recipes. this is the master of the academy they are sent to.

  • if you heat extra virgin olive oil it will lose is virginity.

  • it is an alfredo with red peppers, chicken and spinach...

  • @drigotechbras but white wine in the sauce to but i get what your saying

  • can we get a translator?? but it looks yummy

  • I love Tuscan Garlic Chicken at OliveGarden! But the Charlotte NC location took it off the menu! I was so disappointed!!

Chef.. OG has an appetizer called Sicilian Shrimp Scampi. I love that!! Would you have the HOW TO for that ? If not can you make one?

  • my hubby loves this dish at Olive Garden. Now I'ma make it for dinner, and no need to spend much money either, when I can make double the quantity as the same price they charge u ;) Thanks for the posting!

  • can pls tell that what kind of parmesan cheese r u using,is it a bit salty?

  • fake Italian accent

  • I can't wait to try this...it looks amazing. I love hearing you talk, Chef Paolo. It reminds me of my trip to Italy. :)

  • at 3:53 he says add the 'heavy creme' can someone tell me what that means?

im a new cook young uni student

  • @sandman04 ...it's Whipping Cream....it in the dairy section ...it''s called Heavy Whipping Cream

  • "this is a good wine"

  • Thank you. I'll try this. It looks good.

  • good! i like it ,but some Oregano and 1/2tbs of ginger can give some more smell and flavor

  • I made this today. Molto bene! EASY too!

  • what is italien seasoning? how do iget it

  • You can buy italian seasoning right at any grocery store where other seasonings and spices are

  • What kind of white wine should I use? I dont drink wine so I would not know what kind to use : (

  • you can use chicken/beef/vegetable broth or stock instead

  • That's a good question. Did you get you question answered?

I was wondering if I could omit the wine, but a broth in place of it may work.

  • @Preci831

    Any white wine......

Cooks make a big deal of this for zero reasons

  • Pinot Grigio

  • beautiful, delicious :)

  • I love cooking italian food... this is a recipe I would definitely make!

  • i would go to the website and get the proper recipe.. the flour mix has lotsa of spice and flavor! not bland at all! Bon Appetit!

  • the chicken tastes totally different than the one they serve at the Olive Garden. Pan fried chicken??? fugetaboutit !!! vaffanculo!!

  • Great dish. I made the pasta last night, I make it without a machine, although I do have one coming, adds a nice touch fresh pasta. I followed as much as I could, if you noticed he doesn't measure anything and doesn't mention how much to use, which may be a good thing. It came out really good. The garlic had a nice nutty flavor and you could taste the complexity, for such a simple dish it had a lot of flavor. For those that found it bland, you could try using more garlic.

  • *drools* I'd probably add extra pepper since I like mine spicy

  • im starving now, thanks alot

  • lollllllllllll!!!

  • where on earth was the garlic?

  • 2:05

  • 2:07

  • "you don't have to cook-a the chicken-a all the time-a."

  • No audio? Ahhh... I wanna listen so bad.

  • hey... i'm from tuscany,but.. we don't use that much meat... i mean... that's just TOO MUCH!!!!

  • finally u found it finally i love your recipe

  • Made this tonight. It was very bland, wasn't impressed at all.

  • really? the Parmesan cheese should have been the salty aspect of this dish. if a problem with saltiness would arise with this dish, i would expect it to be too salty. did you put the right amount of ingredients?

  • Mama Mia!!..that's marvelous!!...bon apetit!!

  • Ciao.. the point is that pasta in cream cheese sauce is made with chicken but never with full breasts only some shredded bits of chicken or beef. Olives are missing from this recipe which is a total turn off. Where is basil, cilantro or oregano?

  • That looks so good and quick to make. I'm going to try it this week. Please subscribe to dramaoueen89. Thank you.

  • There is just one problem with this kind of recipes..they have nothing to do with Tuscany. For one thing, but not the only one, in Tuscany (or Italy for that matter) pasta is NEVER eaten with meat that way. You can have meat sauce, but it is a completely different matter. This is just an adaptation of Italian ingredients to the American diet. Sorry folks, but I know what I am talking about.

  • haha i know. :) watching this i was thinking the same thing. i've been living in italy for almost 2 years now and i never saw anyone use meat like that with pasta. it's just not done! :D that's the american way of bringing the first and second plate together.

  • I like the colors it looks tasty !!

  • Impressive.

  • Hello Shef, I luv OG....n my fav dish is chicken marsala...hope u post its recipe soon.

    thnx!

  • no complex, but beautifully mastered, exxelente

  • MIAMMMMM LA PASTA..

  • I made this, easy and delicious!

  • this is awesome cause they just took this off the menu where I live

  • I want to learn how to make their Tuscany Soup! =( Anybody has their recipe?

  • ciao, è osservato interessare l'argomento di gustaria di pettegolezzo ma sapere che il tipo a me di uso crema?

    saluti dal Messico

  • credo che si puo' usare panna da cucina.

  • ohhh delicious. I'm definitely gonna cook this one. Hmm, think I'm thinking of doing one with asparagus rather than spinach, and some parmesan on the chicken, Dunno why but, I prefer red wine. Italian's my favourite food by far. This guy is fantastic.

  • why are the ratings disabled? i wanna five star it :D

  • Awesome! As good as the restaurant for sure!!

  • far better than the restaurant, and this cook is obviously more skilled than the guys working in an olive garden. i doubt they're using fresh ingredients there like he is here or you would at home.

  • how come my comments keep getting deleted, that isn't how we make the dish at OG!

  • :D i made it last night and it was INCREDIBLE

  • Where did you find the recipe, I cant find the recipe

  • gret dish very delicious

  • i made this for my guy recently and he loved it. great clip, easy steps. =)

  • That looks good.

  • That looks good.

  • my god that was excellent cant wait to cook it,it looks very tasty, thank you.

  • wtf. The olive garden serves the most americanized italian food. I cant even say if its italian. People just surf on youtube for other cooking vids, The stuff they serve in italy is not like this at all. Although what he is cooking is much nicer than what they actually serve in the restaurant. He is using much nicer ingredients.

  • finally, a UT how to cooking video that doesn't make me want to gag -- great presentation, props, technique, instruction, and plating/presentation! Looking forward to tryin' this recipe and other OG Cooking Vids/recipes.

  • This is a classic dish!

  • OMG this looks sooo good! ^^

  • why is this nothing like the Tuscan garlic chicken I cook on the saute line? I put bianco chicken, roast garlic cloves, spiniach, bell pepers, sun dried tomato's and garlic cream sause together and flip it over curly fett and put it on a plate and we call it "tuscan garlic chicken".

  • i bet it taste very good mmmm......

  • The OG's gone YouTube... I am amazed.

  • OMG i just got done cooknging this and it is WONDERFUL!!! I cant wait till my husband gets home ad tries this wonderful dish!

  • Bellismo!! Pity you've got an American accent, but at least you know our too cook and you did'nt serve it with fries!!

  • I learned to cook during many visits to Italy and still have much to learn. This looks like a really good dish I can cook in France. Thank you!

  • I love that dish, too bad that is nothing like how we make it at Olive Garden.

  • wow!!...thanks again..I'll do this this week end..

  • Good quality Italian wine, that doesn't exist! Come to Australia if you want good wines!

  • wow i cooked it for my girlfriend, and she fell in love with me even more...thanks for a gr8 video its the best

  • Brilliant. We had it for dinner last night and for the first time, I actually enjoyed what I cooked. The family is impressed. This is an excellent recipe. Grazie Paolo. Alimento bello. Desideriamo più. Cucini prego più.
