You are a great teacher and this video is excellent, but why didn't you restart the video instead of including you swearing? I cannot use this in my classroom!!!!!
@fudgie626 I post videos on a blog for my students, and I use tubechop if there is something undesirable, or if part the video is simply more complicated info than they need at their level. They view these at home.
@fudgie626 if they're that immature that they can't handle the word damn, which is hardly an expletive, they probably shouldn't be watching this video.
It's actually called dikaryotic and heterokaryotic, the difference being dikaryotic being specific in that there are two different "karyon" aka "nuclei", that have not yet undergone fusion. Heterokaryotic refers to the fact that they are from two different parents, hence the name "hetero".
