Raga is indeed Jhinjhoti, one of Nayan's favorite ragas. He likes playing the more "happy" ragas.
The echo in the concert is because of the Cathedral acoustics, the wooden floors, and so on. But a marvellously tuneful performance. Interestingly edited by Monir Hossain, maybe to highlight his own solo sections.

Sounds like Jhinjhoti. The recording is poor with an almost orchestral resonance but both sitariya and tabaliya have played well.
