Ah man i so agree with you. I couldve cared less about tokyo, but i loved osaka.
i seriously considered just running away from my family and staying in japan. But then my family wouldve started the worlds largest man hunt. So i figured that wasnt such a good idea lol
@candidomoattack My family couldn't care less if I disappeared. I was gone for three and half years and my mom never called me once. You're lucky you have people around you who care.
Thanks. Osaka is an amazing city. I really didn't care so much for Tokyo, too big, too much madness. Osaka is more chilled out and the people were a lot more interesting. My friend in the video the next day got a flat tire. We asked some guy on the street where to find a bike shop and he took us on a 20 minute walk to the nearest bike shop which fixed the flat for 200 yen. I didn't want to leave either. I would love to go back. The weather there was just like here in California.
Yeah, Osaka is an amazing city. I have been there a few times and every time was great. The people out there are very friendly. My friend's bicycle tire popped and deflated, so some random guy on the street walked us for about 15 blocks to the nearest bicycle shop so we could get the bike repaired. That doesn't happen here in the States.
How are you enjoying Japan so far? I'm lovin it! I am half Korean half Japanese, so I came to visit my fathers side.
How was the subway ride? Great? Japanese people avoiding siting next to you? People staring at you? Secret calling you a baka gaijin? Stores not letting you in? How is it so far? :)
If anyone was talking smack on my I didn't hear it, I don't care personally. Let them be haters. The subway was cool. Some woman came from out of nowhere and gave us directions even though we didn't need any. No stores refused us service. My friend knew all the cheap places so we just bought cheap sushi and drank beer the whole time. I thought Japan was amazing. I can see why you love it. It's a nice place.
I don't know where you went. But it seems like you had a train ride too. I can see the Expo Land on the back. Osaka is the Water City as same as Tokyo. Tokyo was designed to have the same function with Osaka in 16th century.
I did not know that. The train ride in the end was on the way to Kansai International Airport. The bridge is very long. Every time I have been to Osaka, or Japan for that matter, the weather has always been very sunny and slightly warm. Beautiful country, beautiful weather. Friendly people. I want to live in Japan for a year.
