  • wow

  • He flew the hell out of that plane!!! At first I thought this was fake because he was going so fast. Fucking awesome

  • Wow that was beautiful props to that pilot at first he was going so fast it looked fake but then i realized how real that was.

  • @claudiomatex: this aircraft is a American built "Zivko Edge 540",

actually the most recent unlimited aerobatic aircraft built.

  • shit its one thing to ride a rollercoaster and feel extreme Gs but to actually perform and compete at that level while under that physical pressure is totally amazing. my hat.....is off.

  • this is the coolest shit ever. ty redbull.

  • The most i've ever seen in a plane is about 12G, also in the Reb Bull Air Race, must of been after this.

BTW some fighters can pull up to about 25G before they break up, its just the pilots who can't.

But fighter pilots usually pull about 7-8G for up to 30 seconds where as these do higher G's but for short amounts of time so it ends up around the same.

  • @thegoldenduck456

This one F-15 pilot pulled 14G's, that's the most I've ever seen before.

  • it looks like he jizzed himself

  • my ass cheeks pull more g,s when i fart

  • awesome!

  • I thought the time was the amount of G's he was pulling.

  • @BlackAces100 Same

  • what plane is that?

  • @claudiomatex Extra 300 but im not sure what version of it.

  • were do i get one?

  • F1 is nothing compared to this.

  • Red bull in the engine i guess...

  • @Batchelli Well, I guess it really does give you wings.

  • istanbul is awesome city!!

  • strap a couple of guns to the wings and send him to fucking pearl harbour! haha

  • Now red bull air racing is freakin awsome

  • in case of alien invasion :)) Red Bull Air Race pilots must equip their planes with some gatling guns .... no worries for the rest of us

  • gotta <3 Istanbul! :D

  • Godlike

  • 0:21 "Its aliiveee!!!!!"

  • I think they get disqualified is the pull over 10g's for dangerous flying.

  • @Krazykid000 12

  • @Krazykid000 12gs

  • [SIGH]... Peter Besenyei pulled 13 G`s in Detroit!

  • Somebody please 'splain why these planes can turn sideways and not loose lots of atlitude?

  • @CusterFlux

A really big engine in a really tiny airframe generating a lot of power. You will also notice that the pilot yaws the plane's nose upwards as he passes through, to keep the plane aloft until he can level out.

  • @CusterFlux They still get some lift from the body and the tail- at speed, it's enough to stay in the air indefinitely at a 90 degree angle, and the engine helps a bit as well.

  • @CusterFlux rudder and speed whenever he turns sidways he flicks the rudder up so he can say the same altitude for a brief moment of time plus hes going so fast

  • I see GOD.!

  • I love this soooooooooooooooooooooo much!

  • 1 word with 4 numbers = 1337

  • 9 G's, please!!! I pull 10 G's when taking a dump on the toilet,,,

  • @rvalenzuela10 hahahaahahahahahahahahahahaahahahahah LOLcanic eruption

  • hic maneuver like a pro! what a beast of a pilot

  • I saw a pilot pull 12.3 Gs in one of these air races but if they pull more than 12 they're disqualified. 12 Gs! even with a G suit that's gotta hurt.

  • look at his face when he pulls 9.6 g

  • Forumla 1 racing got nothing on these guys

  • can som1 explain to me why that guy looked constipated while pulling the 9.6 Gs and im only 11 so dont get mad if i dont know

  • @cooldudewithglasses When you pull a lot of positive G, like he was, all the blood in your head and upper body is pushed down towards your feet. So if you don't clench all the muscles in your legs and buttocks you black out. Fast jet pilots have G suits which do this for them, but I don't think these guys do.

  • @cooldudewithglasses the amount of g-forces is how many times you multiply the regular pull of gravity on your body. regular (what you're doing now) is +1.0 g's. since your blood flows through your body and is less dense than surrounding tissues and bones, when you pull positive g's the blood is forced down into whatever part of your body is lowest to the ground-in most cases the feet and causes a blackout* and are usually in climbs. negative g's do the opposite and are usually in dives.

  • I've seen 11.2!

  • Amazing machines

  • Dear All,

I have some questions about psychology:

    (1) Why do we enjoy sports related to aviation and flying?

    (2) How does aviation sports benefits our well-being (physically and emotionally)?

    (3) Why do some females like aviation sport but others do not?

THANK YOU IN ADVANCE for your creative dieas and brainstorm!!! :)

  • Dear All,

I have some questions about psychology:

  • Dude's machine fly's like a fucking bee ha!

  • beautiful, a lot of skill in that..

  • Skillz, respect

  • I,m so fat that I pulled 2 G's getting off the sofa!

  • @Zeddy100 omg... that made my day ;DDD

  • @Zeddy100 omg I was LOLing my ass off!!!!

  • @Zeddy100

pulling G's doesn't have anything to do with your weight, lol.

You could pull 2G's getting off the couch if you were really light and fast.

  • Limit is 11 I think, one got DQ'd for pulling 12 at one race.

  • don`t they get disqualified for pulling too much g`s?

  • Very admirable! My second heros...

  • You can pinpoint the moment where he soils himself.

  • What type of record is this? I've seen other vids on youtube of red bull air races where they supposedly pull 11 and 12 gs.

  • @IvanDrago187-The guy said "record for the day" Kind of a stupid statement, but I guess it was true.

  • i pulle 5 Gs in a small training aircraft and even that made me see a few stars...9.6 Gs is RIDICULOUS!!..but then again, i wasnt wearing a G suit

  • Daaaaaaaaammmmmmmnnnnn!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Red Bull made me shit so bad I got hemoroids. Fuck this guy and his little airplane too.

  • how fast do these things go on a straightaway?

  • he hits 392 km/hr at 0:08

  • This is just incredibly stunning! What an amazing pilot!

  • Nice run; nice plane.

  • WATCHED IT SO MANY TIMES.

  • these r some real pilots. we are only operators in our big passenger planes.

  • They pull higher g's than that now. In fact they implemented a G-limit now.

  • You fly better?

  • what kind of planes are those?

  • @PS3NitroLambo - extra 300

  • 11.2G is record

  • 10.6G's was achieved at San Diego '09 at the Red Bull Air Race.

  • Aerobatics pilots train their necks and stuff so they can sustain up to 13Gs for a couple seconds.

  • Amazing fyling ability, this guy is amazing! Plane and Man pushed to the limit. Great video, thanks for sharing.

  • someone remind how many more g's before your retinas detach?

  • he wasn't pulling negative g's

  • didn't think you had to pull negative for it to happen

  • Whoa nice, this is really fast, i would have crashed really quick =P

  • I belive that that isn't the record

  • that was the record for that day retard

  • Nobody does it better! 5 stars!

  • A USAF fighter pilot flying an F-15 eagle lost his SA while flying over the ocean and sustained 11 g's to get his nose away from the water, over g'ing the air frame

  • Ouchy......

  • wow.. you gotta have titanium balls to do that

  • BALLS MADE OF DIAMOND MAN... thats sick. >:D

  • thats more than jet fighters do in combat...

  • True, but the thing is those G's were very brief.

  • With no G suits either!

  • amazing ! so Fast !!

  • shit the bed, dam thts a whole lotta g

  • damn. i knew these aircraft are built strong...not 9.6 Gs strong lol...i give props to him that his plane didnt break apart and that he managed to stay awake lol

  • This aircrafts are built with special composite alloys, ans heavy accelerations last only few seconds (less than 4 s at 9G). It is said that pilots who experience heavy G forces for many years, become "more resistent" to their effects

  • @thepilotboy usually aircraft are built to take an extra 50 % of the highest expected load in flight. So a modern Red Bull Air Race plane probably wouldn't fall apart below 20 G.

  • @thepilotboy its aderaline too first 10 min or some your whole body is pumped so that helps a bit i guess.

  • @thepilotboy These planes are certified for +-12g, in fact, the rules dictate that the maximum g's allowed is 12

  • fuuuuck that is massive

  • SHIT DRAWERS ON THE FLOOR!

  • Anyone notice that when the guy does a loop at 9G+ the commentator sounds like he is in the plane lol

  • I was holding my breath just watching it! lol

  • looks like he was taking a shit

  • "looks like he? was taking a shit "

That's actually not that uncommon when fighting those Gs forces, imagine one second you weigh 100 pounds the next you weigh 960 pounds.

  • dont have too be so literal.........

  • Not to mention your turd will also weigh 9x more lol.

  • ick

  • shiting bricks

  • that was just the record for the day, other days theyve set over 12...9 isnt all that big a deal after that

  • WOW!

  • Most of those guys are ex-military fighter jet pilots... But they have to stay in excellent shape. I mean 9.6G...Holy smokes..!

  • When he put his microphone down, it was to tell the ground crew that he had shit his pants and that he would need a new suit, just because the current one was so soiled.

  • haha:P

  • It is quite crazy, like G forces i mean. I dont know about most other people, but i easily forget the amount of G force stressed upon those pilots.

Like quite a few times i've seen air shows and i forget its not as simple as controlling the air craft... Must take an un human skill to be able to cope with high g forces.. (:

  • wtf - those are some maneuverable aircraft w/some skilled pilots!!

  • He HAD to have trained in the air force. It's the only way he could pull those Gs.

  • instantaneous G's are far less annoying than consistent G forces ;)

  • unbelieveable pilots.

  • AMAZING!!!

  • Wow 9.6 g Is nearly dead

  • damn!

  • ohhhhhhhhhh, I can feel my teeth clanking......

  • 9.6 G's is not a big deal for these guys i dont know what all the fuzz is all about. peter besenyei pulled 14.6 G's during training. THAT's a record

  • i was there!!!! it was amazing!!! and it was at san diego! i didn't know this was at CA i thought it was at like florida or something! but it was really cool...i got to see the whole thing from my hotel :)

  • i know this is real, but the way the control the airplane, it looks like those rc planes!! lol

  • Sorry, but what makes this a record? Planes have pulled way more than 9.6g before. Panic manoeuvers by F4 pilots in Vietnam often exceeded 10g during evasion. Panic is probably unfair, but you get the idea. One Blackburn Buccaneer is reputed to have pulled 14g when an A10 crossed in front of him, the pilot woke up at 30,000 feet, that was back around 1983 when I was at the Royal Aircraft Establishment. Advertisers love superlatives, but these are just toy planes.

  • someone is playing the troll lol

  • in windsor today 11g's were pulled, in one of these toys.

  • They can do it for a few seconds at relatively low speed. They are toys. A Su 37, Eurofighter Typhoon or F-22 Raptor can maintain high g for minutes. Long term manoeuvers are all about specific excess energy which these toys don't have much of. For slow planes they are very manoeuverable and they do things that would make a regular fighter pilot green, but they are still toys.

  • Who gives a shit cage?

These are Extras and Edges we're talking about, not Sukhois and Lockheeds

  • These pilots are studliest guys around. This stuff is sick!!!!

  • Biggin Hill Airshow 2006 - 13 - Road Angels SU26

Watch and listen to the comentator, and eat humble pie.

  • u can see him forcing air into his lungs cuz of the weight that is insane

  • that guy was an amazing pilot...

  • was? did he die?

  • no i think he retired

  • That's nothing, my boss has come back with plus 12 and minus 10 on the g-meter in his sukhoi!

  • -10g is impossible unless it was on impact. The human body is limited to -3G and that only for a single second. I think your eyes would litterly blow out at forces like -10G

  • positive g is the plane goin up, blood rushing to ur feet so to speak,

while negative g's is the plane goin down, so blood rushing to ur head and flooding it

  • Yes, then you discovered he was dead! It is impossible.......

  • this guy just makes me want to fly american airlines lol

  • simply BREATH TAKING lol, bad pun

  • oh i remember this. i love seeing these races on tv.

  • what kind of plane is that he is flying? looks like customized rv8 or something

  • the aircraft is an edge 540

  • Wow. That's incredibly intense.

  • damn... max 7.6 G is during shuttle lounch in space... wow... this is not easy...

  • holy crap. this guy is badass. Im getting my license right now and I know I would pass out before 9 Gs.

  • the guy was a military pilot, so he's trained for some pretty intense stuff

  • Damn, that guy probably eats nails for breakfast...with no milk. I mean, seriously. That guy is a bonafide badass!

  • and people say pilots are not athletes. ha

  • holy shit..that was awesome xD

  • sick as hell.... i envy these guys! that looks like so much fun!

  • Dude, I guaruntee you Fred already knows...

    Jeez, stop spamming.

  • these pilots and planes are preforming.. impulse g pull.. they are only at high g's for only less than 1 to 2 second.. fighter pilots must sustain 6 to 8 g's for 10's of seconds.. I'm not saying the redbull pilots are not good.. i'm just saying they don't have to pull g's and hold them for any significant time.

  • Fighter Pilots have G suits though. RBAR has introduces new G-Race suits. But even then, fighters to take the higher punishment.

  • Wooo, I think its more than average fighter pilot can withstand..

  • Woo, pilot at San Diego race this year pulled in excess of 12g!!!!!!

  • You can tell by the pilots face expressions too.

  • "football is a mans sport"

bullshit, THIS is the extreme of extreme sports (am i wrong?)

  • You are right!

And you need so much precision, it looks like nothing like that. He has so much control on his planes + all the Gs he is pulling. Every turns in this race are probably over 7 Gs. Keeping his body at this gravity all the time and the blood away from his brain, and capable of passing through small cones (They are small from the cockpit!) at insane speeds. F1 are turtles compared to that thing.

  • holy.... thats 9.6 is really wild!!

  • Hehehehehe .... Awesome dude 10Gs !!! ... you made my day.

  • I pulled about 10gs this morning pushing out a stubborn turd!

    .

  • lmao

  • HAHAHAHHAHAHAHHA

I deem this the best comment on youtube.
